“My wife has a bike that she didn't use very much after we moved to a new house becuase of the rough terrain (WA state) - needless to say it sat in our garage for 7+ years. We recently moved to Newport News and I wanted it to get it restored for her upcoming birthday. I saw the great reviews for Freewheel Bicycle Shop and decided to take her bike there to get restored, and WOW, what an amazing job they did! Phillip is awesome, very knowledgable and courteous. Was upfront about what the cost for parts and labor would be. Told him about my wife's birthday and that I like it done before then if possible, and he said he could do it. Bike looks brand new! Phillip also said if anything is wrong just bring it back and he'll take care of it. Can't speak highly enough about this place - great staff and excellent quality of work - my wife loves it! Will definitely be back for anything else we need”
