My husband and I experienced a very knowledgeable, patience and customer based young man name Evan. We came in to buy a SD disk to add storage to my husband's tablet. Our great experience went above and beyond that, Evan answered all of our senior questions without any annoyance, his customer service rates beyond 10 on any scale. Kudos Kudos to Evan and management.

This Best Buy has had some good improvements. It used to be a bit rough, badly behaved employees for example. However over the last 6 months I'd say they really got it together. It's not one of the better Best Buy locations in my area. Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Their inventory is more accurate still not perfect but 9 out of 10 times it displays the correct stock in store inventory. The layout is smooth and you're never waiting too long to check out. The door greeters are pleasant and not overbearing. Overall just a great place to shop or browse all of your techy goodies. They even have a nice selection of clearance and open box deals. Curbside pick up is my fave. They are super fast so even though it says an hour be ready to go within 20 minutes. Oh and if you're looking for Raspberry Pis sorry I bought the last two.

My boyfriend bought me a Bluetooth radio. Best Buy made a appointment for us in December. They said the earliest appointment they had was in January 17, 2024. Today we went in to the check in at the front for the radio and parts that we bought. We were then told to go around to the side of the store where they do the installations. When we got there to the side of the building we couldn't get a hold of anybody back there. There was no door bell to ring, my boyfriend knocked on the door and no on answered. I thought well let's see if they hear a car horn. I honked and then a lady opened the door and said something and waving her figure at us. We told her we couldn't hear her and she went back in and shut the door. After a few minutes the one bay door opened I said that we've been sitting here waiting for someone for out appointment at 11am. The man said that they have to find a technician to help us. No one came. I drove around the front and a explained that were waiting and what I mentioned above here. They said that they have to reschedule us because we were late. We weren't. We were up front like we were told to do and checked in. Then we went around to the side of the building and we asked to speak to the store manager. The store manager said we were late and he told them in the back we were late. I told them that you have to allow the customer time to go back out to there car and go around to the side. The store manager was very inconsiderate, and very unrespectful. Etc., etc.. I told him that first of all it doesn't make any sense that the check in desk is up front and not on the side where they do the installation, then they don't allow time for us to go back out to the car and get around to the side, they didn't bother to check up front to see if we had checked in/ if we were in the store/ or around the back/or on our around back/nothing. Why should we have to reschedule when they should have made sure to have adequate staff to install the radio, why did the store manager tell the people in the back we were late when we were 10 minutes early, why didn't he check to see if we were there and where we were, why didn't he get on the intercom and call us to the customer service desk, etc., etc.. The staff and the store manager have no idea how to operate their business and hire staff. They have no idea how to accelerate customers. A whole month and then some and they can't get adequate staff to meet the needs of their customers. Plus, not allowing us time to get back there, etc., etc., I could go on.
