Terrible experience with this company. In fact the worse. Brought my vehicle in on March 30 to have a bumper replaced. It took over a month for parts to be ordered and delivered and repaired all the way to May 5th. Worse, during the first two weeks no one called to let me know what was going on. I had to call them. They only made calls more frequently when I threatened to pick up my truck. It get's worse, at the beginning I was told the estimate to repair was 681.90. I had to pay 341.00 up front leaving a balance 282.60. To my surprise, however, after over a month of waiting, they tell me I have a balance of 528.52. OVER 240.OO OVER THE BALANCE! Of course I protest. The original service writer was not there so the manager comes over. I explained my dilemma and the most I got from him was his folding his arms and looking straight ahead. Little to no eye contact. My opinion is this kind of reaction to a customer who feels he is getting cheated, speaks to the integrity of this business. He did not take the time to explain thouroughly, did not address the invoice, nothing, just pay your balance and then says the guy who wrote me up will be in on Monday. That;s it. Of course, there was no call t meon Monday, I had to call them. The response... "we're working on it". We're working on it _ that's the response. Well that isnt working wither because its 5:35 on Monday and no follow up call even after I call them. Give them your business if you want to, but I would not take my bicycle back to Bay Custom Auto to change a fender on it. I'm in no way done with this...the principal that someone who says they operate with integrity, and then don't is not something I am willing to go quietly into the night over.Wrote a post earlier concerning what I felt was not great service. Mike from the operations department addressed my concerns and made it right for me. Thanks so much for taking care of me in the end.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent body work! Excellent customer service! They even clean inside and outside of vehicle plus shine the tires! The entire car was so shiny it looked as if it had been waxed. We definitely will return if ever need to! Will also highly recommend y’all also! Also whatever repairs need to be done they give a lifetime warranty!

Can not say enough great things about Bay Custom Auto! I have used their services several times in the past but today was the best. Had an issue that I needed them to look at. I walked in, was helped right away and they were able to fix my issue on the spot while I waited. Nicest people you could ask for!

Where do I start? My beautiful wife has had a propensity to "bump" in to things lately. No worries, it happens, after all her car is pretty big. While she may come home in tears telling me "she did it again" I know we have nothing to worry about! The team at Bay Custom is there for us! Most recently, aka last week, I needed this awesome team again. After a quick call to Bobby and a few photos later, these guys were in Smithfield picking up our wrecked jalopy! Bonus, they made sure we got a sweet temporary ride with their friends over at Enterprise! Brittany kept me up to date through out the whole process. I was worried our beloved governor was going to shut them down (quarantine), but Brittany would have none of it! So just a quick week or so later and our jalopy is looking as fly as ever. Bobby asked me how it looked and I told him like new. And I meant it! They even detailed the car before returning. So when life throws you a little curve, let Bay Custom take care of you! You are sure to be happy. Side note, if there service doesn't make you droll, Bobby certainly will! Meow!
