Very bad experience. Have to wait plus after having online access to bank, debit cards with pin, coming to this location from 4 years this how she treats customers. It's better to wait for other Teller.Monique she don't know how to talk to customers VERY BAD ATTITUDE SHE SHOULD BE FIRED.

Got told i had to wait that they didnt have any tellers available how as a bank you dont have a teller. Like she couldnt do anything just worthless useless staff. UnacceptableAlso the bank closes at 4 before anybody gets off this location sucks all around and should be closed and replaced by a bank that follows normal banking hours

Several times, for business matters, I have called this branch. 1 out of every 4 times someone might pick up. The automated system does not allow the leaving of messages. This forces me to then close my office to go ask a 15 second question or get clarification when a simple phone call would have solved the issue.

I went in to get a document notarized and was passed over multiple times by the staff walking around. He helped other people while waiting on an appointment to show up. Other staff asked him to help me notarize my document and he kept putting it off. Finally I asked if he was ready and he said he has to take care of someone else. That person said I could go first since I had been waiting. He told that customer is should be ok to wait. It had been 45 minutes by that time. I ended up leaving. I've been with BofA for 14 years and have never been treated like that.

Me and my husband had a 9 am appointment and April greeted us at the door. We had no wait time at all. She helped us open a joint account together and the process went smoothly. I highly recommend asking for April, she’s very knowledgeable. I love banking with BOA !!

This bank has the worst customer service there is a woman named Stefany she speaks Spanish and she is a RACIST with the Hispanic customers she has a nasty attitude and is very rude. This woman needs to be more understanding and nice with the customers. People like her should not be working on this position. She is the reason why I have another bank now.

Nothing new with there long waiting time.( Today’s waiting time was almost half an hour)! So I went in there to get some change( Quarter ) for our 3 different stores ( 3 different accounts) . Due to shortage of changes they put certain limit for change(Quarter$40/account) which is totally fine and understandable. But, the disappointment was this, they allowed me to get the change only for one account( store ) ! They allowed me to get only $40 (Quarters) for 3 different accounts/stores !!! So for my other other accounts/stores I’ve to go to their different locations/ have to come again another day , I’ve to stay in the line !!!! They really don’t care if my time is getting wasted !!! It’s kinda, I made a mistake to open up multiple accounts with them and now I’ve to pay for it !!! They don’t really care about their customers! I’m never gonna open another account with them again ! And I’m on the process to close my all 3 business advantage accounts !! Thanks for your great service !!!!Note : “Langley “ I don’t even have a business account with them , just have a personal account and they gave me $100 change in quarters !

As a minority, I just had a Horrible Customer Service experience here. Looking at the other reviews, I am not the only one who had a bad experience here. Not only did the manager look at me and laugh, but she was very rude to me. This is why Bank of America is no longer my primary bank, it is my secondary bank. It’s 2021, you shouldn’t laugh at and gossip about your customers and make them feel uncomfortable, especially when they can see and hear you doing it. Please do better.

I went in today bank of america with a check from a customer i did work for. The customer went to bank the day before she wrote the check to move money into her account. The manager a short spanish lady told me i couldn't cash the check. She informed me i needed to cash the check at my bank. The manager did not contact the individual that wrote the check to verify the amount. Because she didn't want to buy me 4 thousand dollars. The bank has the personal information of account owners and she could have just called they individual that wrote the check.

This bank is not good at all. My mother had been going here for a long time and I keep insisting her to change banks because the service here is horrible. There have been many occasions where there are not enough bank tellers to help others and we have had to wait in line for around two hours. There is a drive-thru ATM which is regularly shut down because of malfunctions. This is not a bank you should trust. If you are going to sign up for this bank I recommend you to do it online rather than in person because of the hassle it is to do it in person. This bank I would not recommend to anyone.
