I have been coming to AutoTech for years because of the consistent service and consideration provided and because I know that I would not be overcharged. The representatives/technicians have always taken the time to listen to and address my concerns, and I have always left with the confidence that the issue was resolved. AutoTech Repair will always be my number 1 stop for any future vehicle issues.

Stay far away from this place. Went for a state inspection, was rejected and was told I needed to pay $500 for a faulty caliper bolt on the back rear brake. Did not trust anything about them and got a second opinion at another shop. Car was COMPLETELY fine, state inspection passed right then and there. Again, do not recommend coming here for anything. I’m sure they’ll reply as they have been doing with the prior poor reviews…don’t trust their reply.

Best shop around. I went in for a State Inspection and even though they were very busy I was still in and out in no time. I knew my car had a few minor issues before bringing it in and expected to be lied to and upsold on things that I really didn't need, but there was none of that! They did the work that was required and pointed out a few things that could be a problem in the future. I bring all of my vehicles here now and have been for the last 4 years. Good service, good prices, GREAT PEOPLE!! If you are looking for a Mechanic this is the place. 100% Happy!!

I’d say they are hit or miss, better if you bring your vehicle there to do a job most could do in their own driveway. Anything complicated is a miss here in my experience.
If you have a Ford I’d stay away. They were not very knowledgeable from the work they did to my vehicle and charged me twice to find an issue and didn’t fix the issue. Smoked cigarettes over my vehicle… They definitely ignored the fact that they didn’t do a good job and didn’t try to rectify the situation in any way. I had a rough idle and they said I had no misfires and my spark plugs were good. Nope spark plugs were fouled and bad causing more problems to arise. Was showers and told that the alternator wires were bare and that is why it’s a rough idle….and they simply stripped the wires and connected them with a butt connector and charged me $200 and fixed nothing.
Gotta do better guys or don’t take a car in or ask more questions to the customer of the issues. Maybe double check your work and actually see if it’s fixed.

My experience with autotech was like a roller coaster ride. They misdiagnosed my car twice. The problems still exists after having paid $1,500. I would not recommend them, they will milk you by overcharging you with extreme prices. They said one thing over the phone, I got there to pay they charged me 150 more than what they quoted.

What your car fixed at a place that only cares about taking your money? This is your spot..Went in for an oil change left with tire sensor on.I decided I would go back after work to get it fixed.TALL WHITE BOY WITH GLASSES. Tired to charge me for a diagnostic test on a problem they caused and wouldn’t do it out of their error by putting too little or too less air the tire. STOP SPENDING With companies that don’t care about US.we work hard for and deserve to be treated well as customers.

The Owner is rude! I would not ever recommend this shop! The Owner said I was rude to his employee! That was not true! Customer service is what makes a business.
Stay away from this shop!
Review your cameras. I'm also a business owner. I told you that you cannot yell at women. Your response was I "Don't care if you are a man or a woman" You gave me an invoice with no part numbers. Tell the truth and shame the devil.
I wish you the best with your business.

Normally I take the vehicle for inspection. The wife volunteered because I had to work. Just had the front end checked and they said I needed a tie rod replaced. Hope you feel good yelling at customers. Do it to a real man. Owner is a real douche bag. Stay away from thieves. You can’t fool everyone. Kim ran a better shop than you ever could!
