I called this business and got no response. Two days later I called again and got their voicemail again. This time I decided to text them like they said in their message. After I sent them a text, it took them two days to get back to me. I responded and then it took two more days before they responded back to me again with a date and time which I accepted. The appointment date came and went with no call and a no-show from them. I texted them, and they apologized saying they had it down for the next day. I decided to give them one more chance, they got to my house a few minutes before I did, left the tag on the door saying sorry they missed me. I was running about 5 minutes behind. I am at a loss as to why they could not have called me to ask if I was on the way or nearby after everything that transpired before this. Too much of a circus to for me. These people really need to reevaluate the way that they do business.

Used Ace 3 times - once for a repair and twice for cleanings. Always on time, great customer service, and great work!

Responded to my call right away! Got us scheduled and the work taken care of quickly and professionally. Highly recommend and will be calling again if we need a chimney sweep. We will also be recommending to everyone.

An absolute mess of a company. Ace is unreliable, unprofessional, with very little knowledge. They lead us believe they performed the work and t was completed when it wasn't. No difference! I have called Ace over 5 times in the past month and I have also left multiple texts. to discuss this. No response at all. I would highly recommend a different t oath for our needs.

Ace Chimney Sweep did an excellent job re sealing my chimney crown. I highly recommend them for any chimney service. Ryan was very pleasant to deal with. They showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manor for a great price.
