  Mary Ann got mad at me in a meeting to try to complete billing. she finally blurted "lets just terminate our agreement". i said "that is fine". Our contract said that a termination has to have a 2 month written termination time. she never sent the termination letter so about a month later i noted that on the date she requested a termination no letter was sent so i was forwarding a conformation of her request to terminate. she made it my responsibility and said that termination began as of the date of my letter. i asked her to send a quick not confirming the date of termination. she refused. i started to move forward with a new accountant. she refused to release my quickbooks account. it took 1 1/2 months to finally have Quickbooks release my account. now she refuses to give me copies of my quarterly tax reports for 2023. No reason. She has done everything to try to hurt me financially and operationally. Please do not get caught up in this situation.
