Even though This 7-11 is in a colorful neighborhood with the most interesting customers ; the staff remain clean professional and KIND I love stopping here with my children for a treat we’re never disappointed and I feel safe to do so I can’t say enough how sweet they are ?

they are crooks and incompetent at 7NOW. they will scan items or state they have items but not deliver those items with the driver. i am not surprised since these workers are always incompetent and nasty. next time i will pickup my own 7NOw order and grab any replacement that I see fit. i was missing 3-4 items and deserve compensation

This is ridiculous! Typically, this is the section where I voice my distaste for an experience or product that's worth denoting to the readers.
However, this time , I'm at a loss finding the verbiage to articulate my sentiments.
This is so stereotypical for [small businesses] in the Southeast Community to blanket every person entering the place of business with a "pair of shades" on as a potential thief? GtFoH!
Property breeds the conditions that forces ppl to theft. Food, cosmetics, & medicine are essentials. No one's jumping behind the counter to stick a $100 cash register.
Support local programs that enrich the well-being of the community you're targeting with "Blanket statements". Don't be SORRY, but DO better. Respond in kind.
F.Y.I. I'm DownTown Newport News Born & Bred. BEEN shopping at 7/11 since the 80's. Good luck with your flyer. Hope it prevent ALL further theft of product at your location.

ZERO STARS ❗️ Iwould put ZERO STARS since I received ZERO product. I placed an order today at 2.56 dasher arrived at 3.20 with a COKE . I don’t drink coke so “who that for? I told him that wasn’t mines and proceeded to pull up my 8 item order and whilst turning the bag it said CHANDRA on it . Y’all see my name ? Yea let’s add this together. I proceeded to go to the store and as I was walking in the dasher was returning said coke. I told the lady I am the customer that order that and THAT isn’t my order. After allowing a few customers to go I asked her how can I get my order she said she didn’t know . The dashers to to the area and retrieve a.e they need I then asked so y’all don’t ask for verification or anything she like no we direct them to the area and they get what’s needed . I’m like but he picked up a wrong order so where is MY ORDER? She proceeded to say she once again doesn’t know and that I can contact DoorDash. See my thing is if the MERCHANTs are incapable of assembling a freaking order and directing door dashers how can the customer be satisfied. It’s not like the dasher completely screwed up but the STORE DID. If y’all don’t have enough people then CLOSE a part of ya store . Hire new people. I’m just APPALLED that incompetent people work in essential positions. It’s CRAZY ❗️❗️❗️ ZERO STARS

I ordered wings from there they were half cooked and it was just nasty they forgot my pizza for my order it’s always something with this particular store like ugh I’d rather carry my money elsewhere they allow people to loiter in front of the store they allow people to panhandle in front of the store as well they need to be under new management

I remember why I avoid this one now.If it ain't customers acting up, folks loitering in front of the store who will aggressively hound you for money, its some of the staff just acting like you're bothering them. Its hard out here and money is tight. So when you're spending money, its hard to act like disrespect and a "can't be bothered" attitude is something you're in the mood for. The way that cashier was acting, you'd have thought I actually contributed bad behavior for the reception I got.Wawa is just up the street.... I'll stick to them.

The night time crew completely give off an attitude that their right no matter what the manager or whoever she is gave me a different tobacco product then what I asked for I simply walked back up to the store out of my convenience to fix her error and pay the difference upon arrival the manager and her nasty attitude demanded that's what I asked for and I had to argue just to exchange a product I never asked for claiming I should've looked and saw what she gave me instead of her giving me what I pointed to and asked for. I come to this particular 7/11 all day long and you only get these interactions at night when this particular lady is there I've had several run in with her but this is the last straw I would never want someone like her working for my company she's more worried about telling the ppl hanging around out front to leave then actually tending to the customers who come in there regularly I've never gave her nothing but no ma'am and yes ma'am I will gladly walk to another 7/11 a million times before I ever come here again

There's usually always someone asking for money or to buy them something. Got tired of it so i wont stop anymore when there's anyone hanging around the doors especially at night. Store (floors specifically) is often dirty and the line can back up across the store more often than not. Employees gossip and chat like they're hanging out at home instead of at work on the register with a line of customers. That's something I've noticed happens a lot in this area. These employees need customer service training.
