Horrible customer service, I purchased something in that store on one day, and 2 days later my card was debited again. They are stealing your card information.

The store opened late. Tracy is rude to costumers. She threw me out because she thought I was not going to buy anything (and insured I did not because I was not able to purchase merchandise on the sidewalk).

Never any coffee made, no fresh food or no foodFor the past 6 days cash only ATM out of order. 1,000 people work across the street from this store and I have never seen anyone from the shipyard

Can't recommend going here because of the supposed "homeless" (I have seen them get into expensive cars after late night of begging) constantly harassing people going to and from the store. While whoever is running the store is doing nothing to deter them from loitering on store property.

I dont know what happened to this store but it is discusting! i went to go get a slurpee,no slurpee lids.was told they dont make them any more. Barely any slurpee cups. Over by soda,slurpee machines was pure filth. Even they floor over there had black mold on floor. No napkins out in open. The floor was filthy just plain gross!!

Price gouging 7-11. I love the 7-11 by my house, but this place wont even honor the deals offered on the 7-11 app! Says Any size hot beverage for $1, and they even have the big sign in the window, then...they taped over the word "size" and scribbled "small". Seriously?

This location REALLY NEEDS to become more aware of the 711 app!! OMG I am very upset with this location!! It truly bothers me that one could own a company or run a franchise and not give a f*** about the customers! I come to this 7-Eleven more than 4 times a week it's right down the street from my house. I am continuously asking for the manager here because everyone here that is trained as an employee has zero knowledge when it comes to the 7-Eleven rewards app. This location needs some serious training regarding the 7-Eleven company; please contact the management at this location And I will be looking forward to a contact number name and or email that I can reach out to ,to further address the issue thank you.
