I always go into this store if I need to. But yesterday was the worst I have ever been treated. Wanted to get my son two slices of pizza, that was his treat for having a great week. I asked if they could make a fresh pizza. The pizza slices they had in the hot case were old and brown. The young dude was like ask the older cashier with the missing tooth to see what he says. I was told unless I was buying a whole pizza the answer was No! His excuse was the owner last name Patel. Doesn’t want to waste quality for price. It was about 5:30 pm and he was like those slices were cooked at 2 pm. No Sir! You wanted to serve my son old pizza because the owner is cheap! He told me I was welcome to call the owner if I wanted. That pizza was old and brown. Sorry you have lost a customer.

Came in to grab a latte and the machine needed milk because it wasn’t dispensing any and I’m a really patient person because I really love their lattes but the cashier didn’t even bother to ask me to wait to check out the machine he just told me it was broken and told me to get a different coffee.

Cindy who works at the store is awesome ? she welcomes people, not just a work one she is nice to everyone. She goes above and beyond. Even though she has her own troubles. Even my granddaughter looks for her when we go in.

I'm in this 7-11 almost daily as I live so close and it's a great place to get my fruit juices and grill items!I've never had a bad experience at this location. Every employee I've encountered has been super accommodating and sweet! I've been able to add money to my cards here, purchase grill and other items, I even had to run in to buy YET ANOTHER (lol) face mask, as I had lost mine and no one hassled me about not having one on for two minutes.. . Even when it's super busy in there, from my experience they've made to sure to greet me with a smile and a welcome!
