Literally the worse location ever. I made the mistake of pressing the wrong button on the gas pump. NO GAS WAS ADMINISTERED INTO MY TANK WHATSOEVER. I was told that the pump could be reset and clearly that was false information.Upon returning to the counter, I was told by another employee that I had to pay again and there was nothing they could do. How could you just take someone’s money without them receiving a product? No refund, no remorse, no managerial override. No nothing!!!! The price of gas of ridiculous , what if that was my last? Please take your money somewhere else.

remove this 711 from 7 now immediately. they are the absolute WORST and corporate needs to get the store manager out of there. i ordered about 22 items from this store and recieved 4 lmao FOUR. y'all should have just canceled my order but that's ok i'll be up there to get my missing items. never any pizzas so i couldn't get my free one. couldn't get my free wings or anthony. why pay for the subscription then ?

Customer service is at a all time low, rude, diety condiments for hot dogs.....just afford this place unless you're JUST getting gas

Many times I go to that same place to buy things like gas and beer and sigarros and other things but the new employees have terrible service now that they no longer give passports to sell things depending on the age to buy alcohol or non-national sigarros I always come to this place because I live in the apartments that are half a mile away but sorry for the comment I don't want to be a person with a bad experience and the same thing always happens in this place I don't recommend it

This is the store that is responsible for 7now in my area. They constantly commit fraud by scanning items for the order but never sending those items, causing 7now to deny any refund for items not received.

Service is horrible. It doesn’t matter what shift you encounter. Pumps never work and employee are rude. Worker snapped at me after waiting in line 20 minutes for a broken pump. I asked why would he put a sign he smartly replied “ well if you could read it says out of service on the screen because it says it on mine!!.” Of course it didn’t say it. He is rude the night staff rude. Leave the door open then snap at customers saying they are closed. Trash store never again.

This 7 -11 location really went down the hill. The store is not upkept and has a odor. The cashier had their friends hanging around the checkout area. Also, the cashier was on her personal phone while I stood there waiting to be rung up. This establishment use to be professional and tidy. I don't know what's going on, but it is not good for business.

I recently stopped at this local gas station to get gas to make it to work. As I myself work at a gas station I just needed a little gas to make it to my destination. I went inside because I needed to purchase tobacco. I asked for $12.00 on said pump and a pack of black n mild filter tips which was $2.99, 3.17 after tax. I asked the cashier for a receipt because of said issues in the area of overcharging cards he laughed I got my receipt and went about my day. I checked my account a couple hours later to see that I had a pending total for 16.00 from them didn't really pay it no mind because it was pending not the correct final total. Now the charge has finally finished pending and I was charged 18.17?? Charge is not correct. I would advise if going here to NOT use a card. cash only as well as getting the receipt.. I will be furthering this issue til I'm in the known of what happened.

I'll begin by saying I'll never ever set foot in this convenience store Again. The clerk was very unprofessional and confrontational. I walked into the store with a discount coupon ($2.50) Marlboro coupon. I was looking to buy Ice cream,,for a disabled lady friend of mine. Also the cigarettes. The Ice cream selection was limited and prices were through the roof. So I changed my mind on the ice cream. My purchase ,at the 7-11 on the corner of Jefferson Ave and Main St, would only be for a pack of Marlboro cigarettes. I got in line 4 people in front of me one sales clerk. I waited somewhat patiently and then it was my turn. I politely greeted the clerk a bearded African American male. No response from him. I proceeded to tell him that I had a coupon for a pack of Marlboro cigarettes ($2.50) discount I asked him if he could sell me the least expensive pack minus the ($2.50.) For some reason he took the display sign, in front of the cigarettes ,and put it up on the counter. He seemed to not want to converse with me.. I asked him why he did this.. his response "Is that all" ...Rushing me along..He seemed to know the 2 guys standing behind me and they were laughing at his antics.. He, the sales clerk, made some comments indirectly about white people and the way they think they can control black people.. I took offense to this..And let him know that he shouldn't be prejudice.That really worked him up and also the 2 black men standing in line behind me. He began saying that he was holding himself back from coming around the counter and F*cki*n that white boy up...That white boy being me a 50 + Adult male. Somehow I was able to pay for my 1 pack of Marlboro cigarettes and leave the store unharmed physically. But was affected emotionally.I felt he was trying to intimidate me and he acted in a threatening manner. Hence never ever going back to that 7-11.~
