Well they give part of their attention lately and are rather rude I've noticed and they say they never have a manager or assistant manager on duty no matter what time I go into the store to do my transactions and nobody else can do them

I went into the store to pick up a door dash order and the older white lady at counter simply refused to do the order. She stated she was busy with the line but there was only two people in the store. The order was only for two bottled waters so I again asked her to fulfill the order and she said she was unable to because shehad to drop all this money. As I went to my car I see another male employee come from the back. So there was at least two employees in the store and an order for two bottled drinks could not be fulfilled. Very unprofessional. I wish I could rate the customer service even lower than one star.

They just don't care about their customers wawas is always better at welcoming customers. This 711 has too much drama with boyfriends and girlfriends behind the register. It really hurts the business ? this 711 sucks

While I generally love 7-Elevens, I will never spend money nor waste my time at this particular one again. I paid for $10 of gas and was literally FORCED to endure several video ADs while pumping my gas, because not only are the auto hold strips removed (which allows you to lock the pump on), but the pump slowed to a dead crawl at $8.60 ... forcing me to wait $1.40 more through yet another AD. ALL while freezing outside my car. There is a WAWA next door to this store. Buy your gas there.

Multiple times over the last 2 weeks I have tried to come buy hot food just for them to tell me the Oven has been shut down for cleaning and it is always between 930pm and 1030 pm when I go. With the wawa next door being closed you would think having hot food would be important. Their hot dogs looked like they were made of burnt leather and when I grab something frozen from their frozen section it was taken from me and I was told they couldn’t sell it well ok but why is it still where to customer can grab it. Just because most people work during the day doesn’t mean that is overnight workers shouldn’t be able to have hot food too. This needs to be addressed and it was the the assistant manager that was working .. fix it because atleast when it was Franchised I Could get hot food when I wanted it.
