We have lived at our current residence for over three years. In that time, we have had most of our mail (including the monthly town bulletin, bills, documents, invitations, etc) either arrive over 2 weeks late, or never arrive at all.We’ve gone in several times to talk to someone that works there, every time we are met with hostility from the workers, who brush us off, saying they don’t have time to deal with our issues, or to just wait it out. At this point we don’t know what to do, we’ve tried being patient and calling them, but are answered with the same rude, agitated voice telling us they’re too busy, just to wait it out.I don’t know who the older woman who claims to be supervisor is, but she is extremely rude and acts like being there at all is an inconvenience to her, that we should be greatful for.

I had a military flat rate box she just told me I couldn't use it! She did not ask if I was military! Nor if I was sending it to the base! I opted to send my package from another facility as this one need to get it together!

I cant believe how nice the woman is about my packages keeping me updated when I send an email about a missing package she calls me every time really polite

Didn’t deliver a kids birthday gift on his birthday. Claim they tried to deliver twice but the parents haven’t seen them even try. Shady stuff.

They put my packages in a partial box. Have me a key to a different mailbox. And when i go to the office to get the other key they tell me I have to wait until they feel like going on the route to fix the problem. Not only could someone else have my package now because they want to wait a day or two to solve their own mistake. I really needed that package the day I was suppose to get it. And they just don’t seem to care at all
