Walked in to get price for atv and was not greeted or acknowledged. Whoever he was sitting behind desk was on phone. He hung up, threw up his finger no eye contact and took another call. I didn't get his attn until I walked out the door. He then yelled I'm sorry I will be with you in a minute. I kept walking. Really rude

Rude customer service and they will smoke in your car while servicing it for an inspection (I got in my truck right after and it was freshly smoked in. I am not a smoker). Bill was over $150 just for an inspection and an oil change. They racked up everything under the sun. All I wanted was an oil change and an inspection and ended up getting spammed and gouged. Stay away.

"Fixes" things they can't - and still charges, even when their repairs don't fix the original issue. STEER clear of this place... I wish I had.

I don’t know where these bad reviews are coming from but the owner and his people where very nice to me , even went out way to switch tires around for me free of charge!!! Definitely a down home shop and easy to deal with. Will be returning for business. Wish I found this place sooner!!!

I am traveling and had a major issue with my car. Thought the alignment was out. Needed help asap. Called here and Phil got me in right away. Checked the alignment, not the problem, had tire damage and needed new tires. He ordered them and installed them the next morning. He's my hero! Minimal disruption to my trip all things considered. Got a chance to have a great breakfast and walk around this cool town waiting for my tires. All good!

Place is great. Took my car right in for inspection and had it back to me in a timely manner. Guy at the front desk was very nice as well. Will be going back.

Great Place. Phil is awesome if you take the time to talk to him. Their prices are fair and the work is great. I will continue to use his services as long as he is there. PS - I guess some city people do not understand us valley people.

I stopped by New Market Tire & Services without an appointment and asked for a safety inspection. Phil was getting ready for lunch, but he delayed his lunch so that I would not have to wait. Not many shops would do that for you. They say that actions speak louder than words. Well this speaks volumes about what type of man runs this shop. I would definitely return.
