I give one star only because I have to select a star. The AM manager was rude and not professional and so are some of the staff. When asked for a general manager number or complaint number I was told he did not have to give it to me and was asked to leave and not to come back because he has the right to refuse a sale then threatened to call the police even got out his phone to dial the number. SMH all because I did not want to pay for 10 single packs of cigarettes, and I wanted to pay the carton price and I questioned the total. Where is a WaWa when u need it. Don’t be mad at the customers if you don’t like your job!

Car wash code I paid for didn't work. Fountain soda machine (one of those Coke cartridge machines) is broken every week and I'm not exaggerating. And it's not down for a day, right now it's been down for 4 days including the weekend. Bad way to run a business. If all the clerks were as friendly as Robin, I would give PitStop 4 stars, she's the best! Fix your dang soda machine and tighten up the operation, you're the only game in town pretty much.

1*. Charged me full price ($1.49) for an empty 16oz styrofoam coffee cup to use with the sunflower seeds i bought. Spent $10 on snacks, yet couldn't let me get a .10 cent cup for free. Boycotted forever on principle, and I travel often on I64 between Stafford and Chesapeake.

Nice & clean rest stop with an attached Dairy Queen. This is also the only DC fast charging spot between Williamsburg and Richmond, which is A. Usually functioning, and B. Free to use.

Put diesel in our truck and about 30 minutes down the road we had engine problems. The receipt says diesel but my mechanical says differentally. Turns out that the diesel pump pumped gas.
