“We had the best experience with Brooks Auto. We were 12 hours from home and our check engine light came on with our 2016 Honda Odyssey on Sunday. We called them Monday morning and they said they could squeeze us in. Not only did they squeeze us in, they took care of the van right away, changed the spark plugs and an ignition coil at such a fair price! My husband was back at our resort to be able to enjoy our last day of vacation and we were able to get back to Illinois in a fixed vehicle. They took the time and made special efforts to identify the source of the leak (a crack in the driver side window) and replaced the window in a timely fashion. “Traveling home about halfway through the Journey had a vibration begin on the interstate pulled off and stop by Discount Tire and they referred me to mark Martin's. Martens ordered parts so that I can have my wheel studs replaced and replaced them that day so that we could be on our way home from our vacation. I really appreciate them going out of their way so that I can safely get my family home. 10 out of 10 do recommend”
