They really saved us, we were stuck out of town with a dead car on a Friday night. They got us in sat morning and fixed the problem right away. They were fast an honest, thank goodness it was just a fried battery because I was expecting the worst and would have had to pay because we were several hours form home. Great people my family thanks you very much.

Best around! I'm from NY and was on vacation I had car issues and they we very kind and affordable all around, if given the chance would definitely go 6 hrs back just so ik my car is good!!!

Love their oil changes. However the tire department when you ask questions prior about certain things. Then you are prepared for A..B...C... NOT D ...
You state this before you pick said car up they say 1 thing to you not realizing u wrote things down. Trying to charge you more. No you stated that came with it! How is this superior customer service
The gentleman and lady at desk are great! The owner talks herself in circles and can be very rude
Honestly I will deal with oil changes but may deal elsewhere with these tires next time
For real... they claim they called me NO you didn't I've had the money to.pay or I'd never ordered these tires. R u kidding. I will also have my mom go elsewhere for alignment because this is ridiculous and I'm actually upset because the lady says one thing does another and doesn't think I wrote it down when it was scanned at thier shop
Much less I asked a whole lot of questions about tires and installation and what comes with it... point blank don't hustle a hustler. I will make sure you get a bad review and also I will never send anyone there. I will also find new places to go ....

A few days ago, my SUV stalled in New Church VA on my way to New York City. I called to be towed, within 20 minutes my SUV was towed to Moe’s Service Center. Within a short time, they determined that it was the alternator. I requested that the battery be changed as well. Both parts were replaced within a reasonable timeframe and price. The car has been driven over 1,000 miles since then without an issue.
I highly recommend this business for your full car service needs. They have a courteous and professional team!! Very satisfied with their service!!

They charged us for 2 sets of brake pads. Premium and mid grade just for the front brakes,, which we got our money back for. Not to mention $48 for hub bolts and all they did was change front brake pads and rotors. They never touched the hub assembly.

I made an appointment for an alignment and brakes but when I get there they told me I was an half hour late so it might take a while..how about 3hrs?than they tell me they don't have the right equipment to align my truck after I paid you guys $354 for brakes&rotors..I know I needed it done but the one main thing I wanted done they couldn't do??♀️&that's my alignment!!! #NOMORE

I had high hopes for this establishment as it was AAA rated. I towed my car here (2hours away from my home) while on a road trip my car was not accelerating about an hour and a half into the drive. I called the next day and was told that I needed new tires and new brakes, but nothing else was wrong. When I asked about the root cause of the issue I was told that no codes popped up and so there was nothing wrong with the car. I explained that my check engine light was not on so it would not show any codes, but they assured me they checked and test drove the car. I called twice more to confirm it was good to pick up as I was scared to drive it back the 2 hour way home and AGAIN they told me the car was fine. When I got there, the lady at the front desk told me that the car NEEDS new tires and that it is nowhere close to needing to be traded in. On the way home the car DID THE SAME THING AND STOPPED ACCELERATING. We nearly got into an accident driving it home and was so scared. Fast forward a week, we took it to a local mechanic who was very thorough and in an hour they were able to tell me that my transmission was shot. I am now having to buy a new vehicle. This was the worst mechanical experience I have ever had and I put to much trust in this establishment. AAA should reconsider towing cars here.

Great! Helped us siphon gas out of our van we accidentally put in diesel. They towed our van and worked on it the same day, and did an excellent job. We are not from the area, but they treated us with kindness and the price was very affordable. This is one of the most friendly and reliable mechanic shops we’ve been to. — thank you so much
