I switched to a Medicare Advantage plan with some trepidation. I had used the same supplementary insurance with Medicare for many years and it had served me well. Burman Clark explained the plan and the benefits and was very patient with my questions and concerns. Since January 1st I've been enjoying the benefits of the new plan. Perhaps the best benefit of all is that whenever I call the office of the Muneris Benefits team, someone answers the phone!
