I just have to say I really liked this place at first. Well my next appointment to get color I had to end up canceling twice due to covid 1st time and stomach issues the 2nd time which put me in the ER, I tried messaging the girl to apologize several times. When I tried to make another appointment with the girl and I was ignored and tried calling the shop several times and she was "never" there. Don't recommend if you have health issues!

Love all the ladies that work here. They're all very talented stylists, you can't go wrong. Their prices can't be beat either, especially when compared to anywhere near Christiansburg or Blacksburg!
