Usually never that crowded when I come here to drop off ebay items. They always scan the items and it's easy to keep track of on tracking. Not very big inside but nice organized facility.

Current employee is very difficult to work with. Never had a problem with package weight in any other post office for just 2 oz off (I ship 3-10 oz packages). Constantly voiding and reprinting labels, despite not having this problem with any other post office. Just go somewhere else if you can. Weird and picky post office

Their friendliest staff member just relocated to another location. New staff member difficult to work with. Very rude & abrasive manager. Consider driving to another location.

Excellent staff who provide suggestions on the most effective package wrapping, the smartest way to send something, etc. They provide outstanding customer service and I depend on them for solid guidance.

Relatively friendly staff. Usually only one person working the counter. Convenient location to George Washington's Mount Vernon and Wessynton subdivision. Small facility but full service. Be careful of the outside mail drop box because sometimes mail gets caught just inside the drop tray. Suggest looking inside to make sure your letter(s) don't get stuck.

I love going to this post office. It is by far the best in all of Fairfax County for friendly, efficient, and caring service. It reminds me of Andy Griffith's Mayberry RFD and what its post office must have been like.
