They've spent more time "fixing" my husband's vehicle than he's actually driven it. Payments are still due even though they've put off working on it for weeks. Then they lost the key. Very irresponsible. While my husband was asking about his key, another customer walked in inquiring about a car and she ignored my husband to go make a sale. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give zero stars I would.

Was able to jump my car battery and give me advice on getting a new battery. I didn't purchase a car, but found the gentlemen were nice and helped me out. Thank you!

Horrific!!! The most rudest customer service ever!! Never experienced such bad service!! The older lady whoever answers the calls all the time is so rude, I asked her if a sales person was in she said she’s “anticipating“ for them to be back I asked if there’s an estimated time so that I could call back. And word for word she yells “Are you not listening to anything I’m saying?! I said I’m anticipating for her to come back, which means she may not even be back today!” Lady look up the meaning of the word anticipating and get out of the career you’re in if you don’t know how to deal with people, which is literally your job!

Thought I accidentally called the nursing home when the old lady answered. Super rude, very unhelpful. Soon enough customers will have to take care of her instead. Save yourselves the hassle, find a better place, these guys will take every possible advantage over you to make an extra buck.

This place is a RIP off! They stole my husband's truck after paying for it for a month, said it was no good and was returning it to the auction. To this day his truck drives in Mount Jackson, with temporary plates on it.

Husband got a Dodge Ram a month ago. Nothing wrong with it. Very nice people! Ask questions about what your looking at! Some vehicles are better then other's. That's everywhere.

everette bowman- got a rav 4 from here. It was no good. Transmission was going out of it. Traded it for a santa fe and they failed to inform me that it had a salvage title. When confronted they didnt want to take responsibility for it. I do not recommend this place if u are looking for a reliable vehicle. They buy them from auctions and stick straight on the lot no matter whats wrong with it!!!!!
