Absolutely the worst customer service on the planet! Automated service is garbage and you can never reach a real person. 45min messing with that before it disconnected me, for the second time!!! The Usps is useless and won't even deliver my Amazon packages to my house, they should probably not have their contract renewed by Amazon if they won't hold up to Amazon's delivery standards .

12/9/22 4:30-4:47 PM17 minute wait, only customer in the building and still left with no stamps. Interrupted clerk once during an outside of the bldg conversation and once again after she finally returned inside. Instead of servicing a waiting customer she starts sorting the mail. Excuse me, can I get a book of stamps? (2nd request, same way) Once I do my job. I said forget it, I guess this isn't part of your job. SEVENTEEN MINUTES! Even the sweetheart sweeping the floor shook her head.

Just a kind suggestion. If you need to close the post office due to unforeseen circumstances, like today. Please put signs on the outside doors, where the handicap can see them, before they get out of their cars and walk all the way into the post office.Thank You

Bring Lowell back! His post office was run efficiently and service was great. The new post master is so rude, unwilling to lift a finger to do anything service oriented and you feel like you are imposing on the when you go in there now. Either go to another post office (Edinburg is great) or use another carrier. No wonder the USPS is failing so miserably.

We have always loved Lowell. He is always kind, considerate, and willing to help in any way. However the new post master is rude, crude, and socially unattractive. We are now putting up a mailbox just so we don’t have to go to the post office.
