Owner was super nice. Was not able to get us in at that moment but said the noise we were hearing was most likely the squealers on the rear brakes of our jeep. He suggested we get them replaced at our next. I wish we were able to stay longer and let him do the repairs. He wouldn’t accept any money for his time to look at the brakes. My kind of businessman.

I am not one to typically leave reviews but this place and the owners is absolutely incredible! I was driving up to the north east from NC for Thanksgiving when I noticed my license plate holder was hanging on by a thread. Traveling alone as a woman, I was scared to stop somewhere but more scared I’d get pulled over. The shop is just a mile from the highway. The owner here was incredibly nice, problem solved right away and got me back on the road in minutes! Thank you so much for your help!

Very friendly, reasonable and fast.They diagnosed my alternator problem while I was on my way from NY to FL. Had it fixed in a few hours. Then told me about my tire problem that I had forgotten to tell them.

I cannot recommend a workshop that treats people with disregard, opening hours are until 5 pm 30 minutes before I arrived at the workshop the mechanic pretended we were invisible, got in the car and left. lazy and unempathetic people should be in another industry, maybe they should sell ice cream on the beachService: Electrical

I can’t say enough about the service and overall experience I had with J&J.Me and my family were traveling with our Truck and Camper when we had a very out of the ordinary break on the truck. I was able to get us to J&J and Jack took us on short notice and went above and beyond to get us fixed up and back on the road so we could continue our trip. We would have been stranded otherwise.The people at J&J were incredibly nice, knowledgeable and the service was top notch.Thank you again Jack!

My husband broke down in VA, on his way back home from Maine to Florida. By the grace of God he was near J&J and they were able to fix his vehicle within 24hrs (he needed an alternator in his old van, big job). He is ecstatic and we can't be more grateful that they made him a priority so he could get back on the road. Thank You J&J

I was having a clutch issue and i was delivering to mount Jackson anyways ( mourning delivery parked in there lot overnight thanks for letting me take a spot) so my wife googled semi repair near my delivery location and they popped up after she seen the reviews she recommended i swing by and have them look at it they knew exactly what i was talking about and got me fixed up right away ( fixed and still made my 10am appointment) you guys are the best.. i wish more people took the time to listen and had more communication with the customer in my case the ( driver/ owner of the semi) thanks once again if im in the neighborhood again i will definitely stop by

Great service. Great staff. They only do what you ask and give you a "heads-up" regarding future maintenance needs.J&J uses an efficient quoting and notification system via texts.Highly in demand, call for an appointment.

My family and I were traveling down to Tennessee. We were halfway to our destination (7 hour drive left) in the middle of a storm when we started having some smoking issues from the hood. We pulled over to a nearby gas station and was recommended to head here. They were able to take a look at the car, give us a solution, and send us on our way! We are grateful for their quick help and great service, as we were able to get back on the road for the holidays!Service: Vehicle Inspection

While traveling on the interstate my exhaust pipe broke loose from the underside of my vehicle. I located J&J and was able to limp the vehicle to their garage. The staff provided excellent service, recommended a course of action and made the temporary repair. I was able to drive the remaining 460 miles to my destination.
