This is the best automotive place I’ve ever taken a vehicle to. I thought my transmission had a rather serious issue. They took it in checked it out. Turns out it was just a $160 fix. They also fixed my hood latch which had broken as a favor!
I’m still rather new to the western side of Virginia, being from Virginia Beach. I’m very happy to have found a reliable and honest automotive shop.

RIP OFF CON ARTIST I took my transmission here to get it repaired. The owner told me it was going to take a rebuild. I took it over on Rt.42 for a second opinion only to discover it was a small gravel stone stuck in an external spring and after removing the stone, it was fixed and ran perfectly. All it cost to get it repaired on Rt. 42 was a bottle of pop and a pack of crackers. After confronting Blue Ridge owner, he was speechless.

Sometime it's what that didn't do...they said no thanks rather than do a huge repair job that they were not comfortable with. Thank you for the honesty and transparency. So refreshing! these days

Honest, ethical and thorough. They checked my transmission over because I was told when I bought it that it might need some work. They drove my car, did a good check of the whole system and were able to tell my husband and I it was in good shape. They could have totally soaked us because of what we were told when we bought the car, but they didn't. They respect their customers and I would take my car or refer anyone there in confidence that there would be an honest job and great customer service. Thank you so much!!

Blue Ridge Tires has been here many of years in Harrisonburg Va. I have brought a few tires from them in the past & gotten an alignment & inspection done. Quite Impressed with The Friendly Staff.

Great services and good prices. Tries to fix problem first not just replace transmissions. Can usually rebuild transmission cheaper then a remanufactured unit.
