“I have never been more satisfied with a bank. The customer service at this location goes above and beyond. I’ve had some issues that they were able to resolve immediately. Some of the so-called “larger” banks would do well to take lessons from Woodforest employees.”

The staff and experience was more than satisfactory! It was outstanding! I rave about the Chattanooga location, but the Hancock Plaza location is excellent also. Both locations are in uniform with their superior customer service and eagerness to help. I love this bank!!”

“I was with Wells Fargo for a few years and they did not work with me with any kind of credit line or credit card for my business. Since starting with Essex they opened up a credit line, credit cards and home equity line with no problem. They are top notch on working with small businesses.”

“When Wachovia came under new ownership the level of customer service I had been accustomed to dropped. I didn't want to, but I had to switch banks. I am not a large customer, but I am greeted by name when I come in. There have been several problems, my fault, not Union's, that they have helped me work through. I am very happy I made the switch.”

He was extremely helpful he was extremely concerned about the situation took care of our business he handled it perfectly I'm very pleased with how they took care of our business. “Our small business uses this bank. It's sooooooo nice to speak to people and explain what you need. Also, it's very convenient (ex. you lose your debit card, you go to the branch and they make you a new one, - THE SAME DAY!) We have also gotten referrals from the branch for business.”
