I’ve had a PO Box here for months. The last couple weeks my box has been empty or it’s filled with someone else’s mail. Several packages have been confirmed delivered to the post office yet all of my packages are “missing”.

Our mail is always mixed up with others. Right now they are holding a package which is a wig for a cancer patient that is two days overdue and claiming the customer requested it, but they have the wrong address again as usual. I didn’t request a hold in my mail. My neighbors are out of town for a while. Is it so hard to double check addresses?

I drove 20 minutes to get here only to find out they close at 4:30 instead of 5pm and there's no self service kiosk. I could've printed my own labels but without the machine and no reasonable hours, it was a waste of trip to this location. The USPS needs to do better.

Customer service is severely lacking each time I have gone in here. Have started going out of my way to another location to avoid this one.

My first trip here and I was shipping a giant box to Ukraine which is a bit of a pain to process. Lucky for me, I was assisted by Carina and she was so friendly and fun. This post office has a much more pleasant and clean atmosphere than others. Also, shorter lines!

Opens earlier than the Genito post office and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I enjoy that it is like small town America and there is never a wait :)

I returned items due to them not fitting. I got a receipt thinking I was safe this way and all items would be returned without incident. The return took a while even though it was only to got to NJ. I inquired on my refund to find out one of the items were stolen. I've tries to contact the post office management and the numbers given online address everything but the situation. I guess I should have overly taped it,who think you'd have to worry about your things being stolen from the the post office,this ridiculous!!

Usually my packages take about 3-5 days but his time it took like a month I have been waiting for my package ever since and it was shipped from Canada to Richmond and it's still not here it should only take 5 days or a week
