Great experience. Allan was the instructor and he's awesome. Level 1 is good for 4 and 5 year olds. Level 2 is good for a 5 yo that is into climbing but can be scary for some kids. He winter discount is a good opportunity to check it out if you are not sure the kiddos will enjoy it.

booked Birthday party for my daughter last year in September and about 7-8 kids. Young girl at desk not friendly and borderline rude. The girl Who was helping with the kids on the zip line was almost boot camp like. She kept yelling at the kids she even yelled at a mom who was with me who got off the trail because she was taking photos and she actually has a disability! When we got home first words out of my 12 year olds mouth was how mean the girl was that was assisting them with the zip line and how she kept yelling at them. Not a good sign for customer service one a 12-year-old comments about a workers attitude and behavior. Customer service training is definitely needed this is supposed to be a fun environment especially when a family pays a good amount of money for a group of kids to have a birthday party.

My son and I had an amazing experience!! Everybody was so nice and helpful. Never felt uncomfortable and always felt safe! One of the best parts was seeing the kangaroos underneath of us!

Great place to visit for adults and kids. A little on the pricey side but still a great day adventure. Saw quite a few people zipline while we were there. Seems very safe with a lot of staff supporting the guests.

I highly recommend this for kids and adults. Will and Nathan were so very kind to my nephew it just made his day. We enjoyed being able to tackle the junior course when we thought we could conquer the Treetop version. Plan on 3 hours with training and the course itself.
