“When I needed new tires for my vehicle I thought they didn't matter that much. But to these guys, they matter, A LOT! I've never been to a business that was so excited about something as boring as tires (no offense). Point is, don't shop anywhere else because I can't imagine any place caring as much about your tires as these guys.Karl was the manager/owner when I went there. He walked me through all my questions even though he was clearly very busy. The customer service reps offered me tires at different price ranges and didn't pressure me into any I wasn't comfortable with.I brought two of my vehicles there in the last year and I will be back any time I need tires. The wait times were very reasonable both times I went. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.”

“Excellent customer service here. I showed up at 8am when they opened the doors with a screw in my tire that needed repair. Ashton greeted me as soon as I walked in and assured me they would not only repair the flat, but would rotate my tires as well being as that was due. In less than 35 minutes, I was handed the keys and was out the door, all at no charge. Their warranties and lifetime services are absolutely real and their people are all super nice, smiles and friendly faces everywhere. What a refreshing experience, I will gladly recommend them to anyone needing tires or tire service. Truly a 5-star facility.”

“Appointment was made within a few days, and the process was easy. Their service was excellent and they checked the tire pressure in all of the tires. There did not appear to be much of a waiting room. The Allen Tire sign should be more prominent. The Goodyear sign is bigger. They have ample parking and will provide shuttle service within a reasonable radius. Personnel are professional and personable.”

“Overall, a good experience here. I dropped my car one evening for an state inspection to be completed the next day. I received an email around 7a the next morning showing the work order # so I knew that the car was at least in queue. I finally heard back from them around 3p and was told that it didn't pass inspection and would need to be kept until the next day. I did put me in a bind, but I can't blame them because my car wasn't the only one they had to look at. The repairs were made the next day and the car was ready for pickup as promised. Everyone I spoke with and encountered in the shop was very friendly.”

“Note- This review is for the store at Midlothian Tpk across from the middle school.Been a regular customer for almost 20 years and have seen this business change from Merchant's to NTB and now Mavis, Service today at the Midlothian Tpk store was prompt being that the bays were almost empty which is unusual for this location. The building and waiting area is in need of a refresh as it's getting old and dingy. Overall, the service was fine.”

“Transmission went out in a car we purchased 6 months prior from Carvana. Contacted Carvana who gave me the contact information for this repair shop as well as a few others. Roadside Assistance picked up the car and towed it to the shop which was closed but first thing Monday morning Casey contacted us and asked what was going on. They put the car on the machine and determined it was in fact the transmission and contacted the warranty company. The warranty company covered the repair 100% and we had the car back a week later. Glad we chose this shop for the repair. Casey was very easy to work with and kept us updated during the entire repair. Highly recommend this shop and would take any other vehicle there for repair.
