I have been taking adderall for 16 years. The cvs further down hull street was always so helpful and actually did their job. EVERYTIME I come to this location they never have your meds ready even with a ready text. They give me such a hard time about my script. I am traveling for spring break and needed it approved to be filled 5 days early. First rep told me to call back in the am and have the pharmacist reach out to the doctor. Called this morning and rep unconcerned… telling me that wasn’t true that I needed to reach out to my retiring doctor that will be slammed with his last week of appts to get this approved even though I’m already approved cvs is to send the request for approval over to him. She was telling me it’s the opposite which I know to be false. It’s a narcotic and they are forcing patients to go without regardless of the side effects the patient may endure. One day something will happen to one of their patients doing this because they refuse to do the leg work. I couldn’t imagine them doing this to someone with mental struggles. Your job is to reach out to doctors for approval! You are gonna end up hurting someone!

I'm happy with the service at this pharmacy. The pharmacist has always been available to answer any questions and the techs are generally very friendly and helpful.

The workers work hard but there is always a line for medicine and the pharmacy is always understaffed. CVS needs to get these folks some support. People are delaying necessary medicine due to their staffing failures.

Moseley VA Either under staffed or poorly managed. In either case this location has a problem. They have been struggling for many months. The text program sends estimated time for prescriptions pick up that they can't meet even 4 hours later. They may not have what you need in stock but you won't know that until you get there to pick it up then wait until they actually figure it out. Please don't judge the store itself by the pharmacy. Get your things at the store but do yourself a favor and get your rx somewhere else.

Can't get my medicine filled when it is time. People in the pharmacy is always very rude, they never say hello or goodbye. Just flat out makes you feel like you're bothering them. I use to get my flu shots every year from them but I don't trust them anymore. Can't believe the owners are okay with the way their customers are treated. And NO I wouldn't recommend this store anymore to anyone. Because I can't trust them so why would I send anyone else up there?

Every time I HAVE to call the pharmacy no one picks up in a timely manner!! Have to wait on hold for at least 20 minutes or more it is absolutely ridiculous! Then when you finally get to talk to someone they are rude as hell!!! I HATE dealing with CVS!!!!!!

This pharmacy has a problem, you can't get your prescriptions from. They refuse to man the counter with staff. I personally watched 3 people walk out in disgust because no one would deal with customers. To be clear there were 4 or 5 people behind the counter.

Well stocked including hand sanitizers and toilet paper. A variety of makeup items caught my eye as I entered. I found a face wash and moisturizer with SPF on sale. I also needed a greeting card and found a nice selection to choose from.
