Absolutely terrible management. I definitely do not recommend to anyone. Price increases that are ridiculous and regular. Destroyed property going unfixed and unnoticed. Bug infestation in unit and NO ONE cares or will help. This place is a joke Update, if anyone reads below, its just lip service to "look" good. I've reported and complained numerous times and been blown off every time. This place DOES NOT care about its customers or rental services.

The rental location is unmanned and you will speak with a “virtual assistant”, which is someone working remotely that appears on a large screen TV and can see you with the cameras inside the small space where you check in. This is fine but was not disclosed in any information I had been sent from the company. Also, there was a one-time $25 “Administration fee” which was also not disclosed ahead of time. I am storing my RV at this location and upon arrival found someone had parked their RV in my reserved spot. The company relocated me to an available spot but this put me next to an oversized Cargo trailer that was about 5-8 feet longer than allowed in those parking spots making it difficult to maneuver my RV into its storage location. Unfortunately since the location is unmanned there was no one to talk to about this. I gave this a 4 star rating because of the undisclosed administration fee and being unmanned but the monthly price was within my budget.

Signing up for a spot is easy online and then come in sign paperwork and pay them. When we first had to bring our RV we found the spot impossible to get into and had to find another spot to fit in. We went to the office and no one was there. Called the number and nothing. So we called the headquarters number and they told us to call back another time. So that was a waste of our time. Once we got a new spot it was a lot better and no issues. Fast forward 2 or 3 months and now I get a letter that they are raising our rent 32%. We were in shock for such a huge increase. If you go on their website the prices are exactly what we had before. So why are you price gouging me for the same spot?
From the other reviews I’ve seen on here I’m not the only one they have done this to. They have gotten good at fishing customers in then slam you with a price hike a couple months later.

No real human interaction. All was done at a kiosk and though the multiple people that came onto the screen to help us was nice, it would have been ac way better experience to deal with an actual human in person. We’ve rented a space at the same location the last time we moved and the lady that helped us was so nice, with is ultimately why we’re close this location. Other than that, it’s a storage facility, so it’s just fine.

Please read. Initially a good experience with price and accommodations. Within two months of signing up a received a notice that my cost was increasing close to 30% from $116 to $151 per month. They facility is advertising the same space for less than I am currently paying. On top of that, their customer service is terrible. I have not once received a call back to my phone inquiries nor an email reply to an email inquiry to any of my issues, which included:
1.) Gate left open at facility allowing unmonitored access to the grounds
2.) Gate Pin # not working
3.) Billing concerns
My experience with multiple storage providers has been similar in terms of customer service, but this facility has been worse than most.
The local staff is helpful when there is someone actually at the facility, but good luck if you have to call into customer service or try and email them...

Had to wait 30-45 minutes for someone who worked there to show up and didn’t have an option to preview or choose my spot for my RV. Ended up with the most challenging spot to back my 5th wheel into. The spots are not clearly numbered and are extremely tight as well.

Michelle couldn’t be more helpful, kind and welcoming. She answers all of my questions and is just great to deal with and makes this an enjoyable experience. The facility is clean and the parking spaces are well lit, layed out and secure.

I drove to Go Store it 3 times at 8:50am, 12:20pm, and 1:30pm to set up a storage unit. All 3 times there was no one there. Tried solving things on line and with the Call Center, to no avail. Thankfully gate was "open" all day. We were able to move our stuff into the unit without ever signing a lease agreement . As of 6pm I still haven't signed an agreement. Lacking in efficiency and customer service.

Edit: The response from Go Store It to my review is not sufficient. The response sounds like a 'corporate' reply, not a practical one. It should not take a break in to our vehicle to verify that the cameras at the location were not working properly. Management on-site should be diligent and immediately aware when the cameras are not working and immediately notify the proper people to have it fixed. The fix should be completed right away as this is one of the main services that the customers are expecting and paying for monthly.
After the break in to our vehicle, I spoke with the manager on site numerous times and, when I realized I was getting the run-around, I tried contacting the corporate office. Both times, I was assured I would hear back from the district manager and, both times, it was the manager from the site on Hull Street that called me back. She kept telling me that she was working on getting the footage, it takes time and that I needed to be more patient.
This is not a safe location for vehicles to be stored. This facility needs a lot of improvement, better management and oversight. I do not recommend parking your valuable vehicles here.
Original review:
This location is not safe for your parked vehicles! We had a semi truck cab parked in the lot at this location and it was broken into. The driver's window was smashed and the cab was gone through (all of the cabinets were open and rifled through). Our electronic devices were stolen and 140 gallons of diesel fuel was syphoned from our fuel tanks. The manager of the facility told me that, "when this kind of thing happens, it is usually another tenant". How often has this kind of thing happened?!
We chose this facility because of the 'access code only' gate and the on-site cameras. The gate access was supposed to be completely locked from 10:00pm - 6:00am daily. The break in happened during these hours and we have learned that gate entrance could be accessed 24 hours with a code.
I spoke with the site manager numerous times only to be told, numerous times, that she was working on getting the camera footage (it takes a big vehicle and a lot of containers to move 140 gallons of fuel). She never did access this footage and gave me every excuse as to why she could not. I have learned that this usually means that the cameras are not working but the customers can't know this as Go Store It advertises cameras on site and this is what the customer is expecting and paying for. The manager on site was not helpful and just wanted me to drop the issue.
After this incident, we found another nearby storage facility, where the gate does lock as stated during the nighttime hours, there have been no break-ins in 17 years (the managers live on the property) and costs less per month.
I would not park any vehicle at this facility. It is not secure or safe and the staff knows it and does not care. Also, this facility is one of the most expensive in the area. I recommend looking elsewhere for your storage needs, there are safer, less expensive options.

I use their parking rental. It’s a parking spot so not much more to say . They try to get you to review them right away and I don’t like that. So here goes it…I’ve been using their service for almost 1 1/2 years . Prices have increased $43 per month in one year!!! So you’ve been warned! I expect many more price hikes to come. I understand things go up in cost but geez. I doubt I’ll stick around much longer if they keep making huge increases like this. So if you start thinking it’s a fair price, be prepared for hefty increases during your rental. Like I I’ve said I give them money and I get a 10 x 30 parking spot. Its gated so that’s the plus. Renting was pretty simple. Fill out paperwork and give them money.

Beware when you sign a lease here… They have mastered bait and switch. They made two price increases within six months and continue to advertise a cheaper price for new customers. (Just not existing) They really don’t care about you once you have a storage unit with them. I pay over 30% more then the listed price for a new customer.

There is no way to contact the company. I have been trying to talk to someone for weeks. There is no one to answer!
