“I enjoy going into the branch because the staff is always very welcoming. Too request is too small. Because the ATM doesn't give $5 bills, I often go in to request withdrawals that need a $5. They are always courteous and friendly. I don't know the new staff members yet although the staff before Covid knew me quite well and it was like visiting friends. I'm sure as time goes by it will be the same.”

Any issues I have had with my account they work it out even if they have to call me after leaving. They both go over and beyond. My experience at this location is always a great one. “Be where of this bank I gave you a five star rating because it is in most stores that you can give for failure of a horrible situation with this bank is out.I advise them several weeks ago that a large wire transfer was coming in it did not it was delayed. When do you want to do the branch to make a wire transfer and they cancel my account because they thought I was too much of a risk and thought I was a scam. Tuesday the next day the wire transfer came in he was denied by the bank because they close my account out. That wire transfer was for a legitimate $80,000. They lost. And I had to go to Canada fly there on my own money to the branch I advise them several weeks ago that a large wire transfer was coming in he did not it was delayed. When do you want to do the branch to make a wire transfer and they cancel my count because they thought I was too much of a risk and that I was a scam. Tuesday the next day the wire transfer came in he was denied by the bank because they close my account out. That word transfer was for legitimate $80,000. They lost. And I had to go to Canada while they're on my own money to the branch that was sending the money to try to change the account status. Now I have no way to get the money to any bank. Now I have to find another bank I like small banks.They were very disrespectful at the bank they tried to pamper me tell me I was being scammed and he was so unprofessional they are scared the bank does not have much money to operate on one of the banking procedure is really falsified. I'm contacting the FDIC I'm getting proof at the moment do you turn it over to the Lawyer to sue them. I never have heard of a bank operating the way they do they said we can't except that much money because if something went wrong it would destroy the bank and the bank is said he would be responsible and he will lose his job. They have no faith and nothing they are scared they are skeptical on everything. If they don't like you for whatever reason they will close your account and it will Be close without any notice. This is a very bad bank to have any expenses win because they missed lead you did nice at the beginning and it doesn't take much for them to have action against you because they don't like something. Do not bank here do not bank here you will be a victim at some point in time from their unlawful procedures. There are the banks more branches and those banks have more money as support be close without any notice. “Not sure how this bank has gotten mixed reviews, but I went in there for the first time today and Brooke who is the branch manager was very helpful and very polite. They were somewhat busy, but I only had to wait about 5 minutes to speak with someone. I highly recommend going to this branch over some of the others in the area. As someone who has dealt with Wells Fargo For many years now I can say they have made huge strides in their customer service.”

“I purchased shares of stock in AUB recently. I wanted to deposit $2500.00. They wanted to put a 5 day hold on my deposit claiming it was to protect me. The hold is designed to protect them. There is no protection for me as their customer. As a stockholder, it gives me and the bank protection. They wanted me to sign a paper protecting them in case I forgot about the 5-day hold. Again, they stated this is to protect me. Since their position was confusing, I had them give me back my check. I made a transfer to AUB as a deposit to open a checking account. The transfer took several days to be taken from my other bank. Terribly slow. I set up the mobile application and made a deposit. I checked my mobile application this morning and my account is on hold. Have I made a mistake? Should I be looking at other banks or assume the teller was misinformed? I went back to the branch and talked to the head teller. There are some changes in the system causing some misunderstandings. hat is resolved. A more accurate explanation of the 5-day hold will be given to the tellers. Meaning, the hold protects the bank and the customer.”

“When Wachovia came under new ownership the level of customer service I had been accustomed to dropped. I didn't want to, but I had to switch banks. I am not a large customer, but I am greeted by name when I come in. There have been several problems, my fault, not Union's, that they have helped me work through.
