Jim is such a nice, honest guy and treats his customers like family. His office assistant Robie was nice, great entertainment while I waited and kept me laughing. Very nice crew and provide reliable, reasonably priced auto service.

If I could give them 100 stars, I would. My family has been taking our vehicles to this shop for years and we have always received the best service and prices. As soon as you walk in the door, you know you're in good hands. I was in a pickle and they got me in as quickly as possible. Car troubles always cause stress and anxiety, but Rōbie was so calm and welcoming. If you need work done on your car, there's no one else I would trust more than Jimmy and his crew at Automotive Concepts.

My car broke down over the weekend and I got it towed to the shop on a Sunday. Jim was able to work my car in, diagnose the issue and fix my car on Monday. Great service and work.

I read the reviews before taking my car there for repairs the rating shown (4.9 stars) was right on. I will not hesitate taking my vehicles there if needed. Also the cost was below the quote they originally gave me. If anyone needs repairs done do not HESITATE taking your vehicle there!!

My husband's Subaru needed an inspection, and Automotive Concepts is where he likes to have the autos in our household serviced. Jim, the owner, is very fair in his pricing of labor and parts. As it turned out, the car needed a new alternator, which fixed a multitude of issues the car was having. Thank you, Jim, for your honest approach to car maintenance! You are the best!
