“UPDATE: 7/3/2023: Walked in and was immediately greeted by a gentleman behind the counter named Dalton. He asked if he could help me and I said yes. I told him the make/model of car and ask for wiper blades for front. I told him the brand I wanted and he recommended the intermediate level. As a veteran, he looked at my ID and posted it in the system permanently so the next time I make a purchase there I will automatically get the 10% discount. He then asked if I would like him to install them and I said yes. He noticed one of the packages had been open and said no, he wanted to get another to ensure it had never been used. He had them only in just a couple minutes. Love this O’Reilly’s! Have always received great customer service. Big shout out to Dalton for his help! “This place is definitely a go to for repairs.I went off-road with my vehicle and tore the front up pretty bad. They literally made my car look like it was brand new. The appointment date was set for August but because I left my car there. They worked on it in between jobs and got it done a month ahead of the scheduled repair date. If I'm ever in a situation where my vehicle needs body repairs. I'll bring it here again without any hesitation. Included some before and after photos to show the work.”

“Not going to tell you what to buy or what not to buy but I am ASE certified in Coolant and oil recycling. The "recycled" anti freeze here is filtered with an old sock in the bottom of a rusty steel drum. The only thing recycled about it is when you put it in your car. Chesterfield auto parts is a wonderful place to get parts. That's about it. Don't bother walking in there with a story either because they canned the only guy that actually enjoyed talking to the customers. A bad employee isn't always a corrupt employee. Sometimes just being a jerk is what makes you a bad apple. And Chesterfield auto parts has an orchard of them. They will have this review removed most likely. But in reality if you stop buying antifreeze that would cause major issues because they have enough problems allocating the antifreeze every year as it is. The stuff is great if you're trying to test a radiator though. The antifreeze has its purpose but IT IS NOT "recycled" as they claim it to be. I went to school for that stuff I would know. Also if you were looking to make a documentary on OSHA violation's this place is an absolute gold mine for ya. The pictures and videos I have alone are violation worthy. There is also an employee at the Southside location that speaks EXTREMELY POORLY of I would say about 95% of the clientele as soon as they leave the sales floor. Will even go back on camera and show multiple employees and proceed to slander the people they are doing business with. Yes, this a person of authority. Still. A wonderful place to purchase used auto parts. 10/10”

“I have purchased a used Honda Civic years ago, a new 2018 Escape and just this weekend, a 2023 Explorer. They also maintain my 2011 Explorer. I have had mainly good experiences in both Sales and Service. The Explorer I just bought, the Salesman Xaiver, talked me into a new 23 vs. a new 24 for a better interest rate, I really appreciate that. Made a huge difference in payments. The issue I had was they had a call out in Financial, so I spent hours, with my wife, waiting to finish the transaction. The Sales Manager did call to apologize and offered a tank of gas or a couple hats or t-shirts. Service I usually use Stephen if I can, he's pretty good at taking care of me. And my vehicles.”

Great customer service!I was there October 26th, 2023, they tested my battery and found out that my alternator is bad. The guy worked for probably 20 minutes cleaning the battery and checking the connections. Great customer service!”

“I'd like to give a huge shout out to the Advance Auto staff. We have been having issues with my son's Diehard Platinum battery not cranking in the morning. I had it check 3 other times at another location, but they found nothing wrong. This location ran the complete check on the battery and found out it did need to be replaced.
