Nothing is cheap these days so it’s nice to find a company that notifies me of things I might look towards having worked on in the future without pushing it on me now. More so, not telling me things are wrong that aren’t only to boost sales. They were always friendly to talk too and kept me posted as to the progress of work being done.

“With my car repair the beginning was a little rocky but once my car made it to the shop. Destiny was great with helping me feel confident in my repair. Wesley was great at keeping me updated with my repairs and letting my know the process although he was stern with some of his answers and tone he keep things on track. But picking my car up was the best part not only did I get my car back 2 weeks earlier (with parts still on order) but I got the opportunity of meeting the General Manger Logan ! And he was amazing he spoke to me with such a kind manner and we even share a laugh or two. Once he notice glass in my car he offered himself to come and pick it up from my job to get everything finished up for me. He was like the cherry on top of a banana spilt!”

“I was told I needed a battery by another supplier. I came to Autozone to compare prices. I worked with Clayton who offered excellent customer service. In addition to changing my batteries in my car remotes, and teaching me how to replace my air filter, he re-tested my current battery to see if I needed a new one. We found out it tested good and that a new one wasn’t necessary. After discussing my options, I decided to return the new battery and keep the old. I appreciate his honesty and the knowledge he shared with me. You’ve got a good one in Clayton!”

“I would like to say that Caliber Collision at 14760 Hull Street Rd, Chesterfield, Va 23832 was awesome to work with for the repairs to my car that was Tboned by a large buck deer. The whole side of my car was damaged. I was impressed how they kept me in the loop with every stage my car was going thru. The first door that came in did not fit well with gaps all the way around the door. They let me know what had happened and that they were ordering another for my car. I feel they were really looking out for me and my car and wanted, as I did, to have my car returned to the new condition it was before the accident. I would definitely refer anyone to Caliber Collision for their repairs. I was never left out of the loop at any time with the repairs to my car. All of the Staff were very professional and respectful to me in a time I needed someone to care. Always a smile when I went in, backed of with, how may I help you!! Thank you Caliber Collision!!”

“I want to say how impressed I am with Dee at the AutoZone store at 15930 Hull Street Rd. He went above and beyond to help me with my truck. My truck was not starting, he tested the battery and determined it was bad. He then helped us in the store purchase a battery, take the old one out and put the new one in. The truck still did not start but he didn't give up on us. It was the starter going bad. We worked together to get it started so at least I wouldn't have to get it towed. Thank you, Dee, for not just being an employee but being someone who helps others in their time of need. Thats is what it is all about!”
“UPDATE: 7/3/2023: Walked in and was immediately greeted by a gentleman behind the counter named Dalton. He asked if he could help me and I said yes. I told him the make/model of car and ask for wiper blades for front. I told him the brand I wanted and he recommended the intermediate level. As a veteran, he looked at my ID and posted it in the system permanently so the next time I make a purchase there I will automatically get the 10% discount. He then asked if I would like him to install them and I said yes. He noticed one of the packages had been open and said no, he wanted to get another to ensure it had never been used. He had them only in just a couple minutes. Love this O’Reilly’s! Have always received great customer service. Big shout out to Dalton for his help! “I have purchased a used Honda Civic years ago, a new 2018 Escape and just this weekend, a 2023 Explorer. They also maintain my 2011 Explorer. I have had mainly good experiences in both Sales and Service. The Explorer I just bought, the Salesman Xaiver, talked me into a new 23 vs. a new 24 for a better interest rate, I really appreciate that. Made a huge difference in payments. The issue I had was they had a call out in Financial, so I spent hours, with my wife, waiting to finish the transaction. The Sales Manager did call to apologize and offered a tank of gas or a couple hats or t-shirts. Service I usually use Stephen if I can, he's pretty good at taking care of me. And my vehicles.”
“My check engine light came on so I went to Advanced Auto to see if they could do a diagnostic check. They did and it was free. They looked up the part I needed and ordered it for me. I was able to pick up the part in 24 hours. Great service, Good people.”

“Not going to tell you what to buy or what not to buy but I am ASE certified in Coolant and oil recycling. The "recycled" anti freeze here is filtered with an old sock in the bottom of a rusty steel drum. The only thing recycled about it is when you put it in your car. Chesterfield auto parts is a wonderful place to get parts. That's about it. Don't bother walking in there with a story either because they canned the only guy that actually enjoyed talking to the customers. A bad employee isn't always a corrupt employee. Sometimes just being a jerk is what makes you a bad apple. And Chesterfield auto parts has an orchard of them. They will have this review removed most likely. But in reality if you stop buying antifreeze that would cause major issues because they have enough problems allocating the antifreeze every year as it is. The stuff is great if you're trying to test a radiator though. The antifreeze has its purpose but IT IS NOT "recycled" as they claim it to be. I went to school for that stuff I would know. Also if you were looking to make a documentary on OSHA violation's this place is an absolute gold mine for ya. The pictures and videos I have alone are violation worthy. There is also an employee at the Southside location that speaks EXTREMELY POORLY of I would say about 95% of the clientele as soon as they leave the sales floor. Will even go back on camera and show multiple employees and proceed to slander the people they are doing business with. Yes, this a person of authority. Still. A wonderful place to purchase used auto parts. 10/10”

“2 years ago advance Auto lost my business when they would not change my battery because there is a bracket in my Tahoe that must be removed to install the new battery. The O'Reilly's in Chesterfield gladly sold me a battery and installed it. I went to this Powhatan location today because the battery is not holding a charge and they gladly replaced it under warranty. Same great service here, and I'm a loyal O'Reilly's customer now!”
