[UHUAL] Fails to handle simple trailer rental. Regular worker was great, infact very helpful/knowledgeable. owner/operator was terrible and gave me (customer paying over a week) an attitude lol. Guy needs to chill and learn to run a business

The original U-Haul trailer I requested had an electrical issue that was keeping the brake lights from working. The rep from 360 Express Mart quickly came out with a tester to test both my plug and the trailer. He determined it was the trailer and tried a different harness, but it still didn't work. He immediately asked if I wanted the larger trailer at no additional cost. It was way overkill for what we needed, but I was very happy to get an upgrade for no additional cost and no hassle. Everything worked great. Drop off was super easy as long as you know how to back up a trailer. Will rent from again. Thanks!

Listen to the other one star reviews. This place is bad. Came to rent a uhaul and got horrible service. I got called a liar and was refused to have the truck rented to me. I had already paid for the vehicle and he attempted to charge me twice. After he finally gave up, he then wouldn't tell me where the truck and trailer were. I had to walk around to find them. He then didn't help hook up the trailer and get my car on it. They are a horrible uhaul dealer. I have no clue why they still have their dealer license.

Dear U-Haul: Charge less for short local rental. Associate with franchises that excel in communication and push the others out like this place. Make it easier for your customers to determine what equipment is where right now for use/rental. Repair your equipment rather than renting auto transports with clearance lights non-functional. Focus more on the customer transaction experience and less on sending 20-page contracts over and over in a mobile world. You have so much experience, resources, and opportunity to do better than an electronic CVS receipt..

Pretty crazy how their hours say until 9pm. Some haggard looking lady just watched me pull in @ 7:53pm... that's right 7:53 not 8:53. 7! And she looked at us & locked the door in our face. I definitely won't be trying this place again. That was incredibly rude!

Friendly staff. Did a propane exchange here and the one I took home had a leaking O-ring. Took it back and they promptly exchanged it for a brand new one. Whoever they use for propane I think they fill them fuller than their competitors which is nice.

The last three times I came here the sign of the gas was price that one price for when you get to the pump is usually about $0.10 more I won't stop by again the old bait-and-switch LOL
