When my wife and I decided to build in the Northern Neck our first big decision was to find a builder we could trust. Being from out of the area it was not an easy task. Fortunately we found Ben Hudson. Ben gave us the confidence in our contractor we were looking for. Ben is trustworthy, experienced and dependable. Ben has put together a group of subcontractors that work together like a team. The job site was always clean and organized. Ben remodeled our house during COVID which was a difficult enough task especially with supply chain issues. While it took longer than we expected, Ben was easy to work with, always returned calls, always asked what I wanted when there were choices, did a great job on the house, and I highly recommend him. Pics below are before and after. You would never know it was the same house.

We first used Northern Neck Homes to completely remodel our kitchen. They did an outstanding job and everything turned out great. We subsequently chose them to build a sizable addition on our house. Not being local, we needed someone we could trust to make sure everything was built according to plan and to handle the inevitable issues that come with any major construction project - and that was Ben. We are very pleased with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them.

Ben and crew brought a decrepit old farmhouse back to life. The job involved tearing down half the structure and rebuilding, integrating the new with a full renovation of the remaining existing part. We are very pleased with how it turned out and the workmanship involved.

The BBQ is great. Stopped by after work. The environment was a peaceful setup, with friendly staff and delicious food and desserts.The service was terrific. I ate my food so fast I didn't get a photo.

Delicious food. Haven't been for the music events. The barn was a bit chilly. But people just need to wear a coat. The food is worth the visit. They all of the barbecue sauce.
