The personnel took a terrible situation where "GM the company" and "GM Customer Service" demonstrated they had no concern for the customer and even less knowledge of the product and turned it into an opportunity to salvage a relationship,
That is the top of the mark for any service team.............bar none.

My experience exceeded my expectations. Alex was knowledgeable, honest, and patient. At no point did he push us to buy anything and steer us to the trucks out of our budget. Everybody we worked with on the day of the sale was friendly and courteous. Again, we never felt pushed to buy more than we could afford. We definitely recommend NNK Chevrolet to anybody in the market for a new vehicle.
