We needed a windshield replacement and live near Jimmys so we asked them to do the replacement. We were told they would call next Monday to schedule, then the next Monday and so on. 3 or 4 weeks later they call, after stopping in many times, and are ready to install windshield. The replacement takes a day and we bring the vehicle home and park it. A couple days later it rains and the windshield leaks horribly. When we drive it we can hear the wind rushing in. Go to Jimmys and are told the windshield guy is on vacation. After 4 weeks of stopping in and not getting this repair rescheduled, we have scheduled a new company to do the replacement, again! So, instead of paying $750.00 once, we are now paying twice!! Horray, so glad we supported local business!! Long story short, Jimmys should stop installing windshields and if they do claim to still be in the business, the consumer should be informed that they have no idea what they are doing. What a mistake for us, please save some money and go to a PROFESSIONAL the first time!!

Now all I need is one of the Jimmy's Auto Body shirts!! I would definitely pay for one. These people really know their business. My father started and owned Chatham Auto Body in Stafford VA so I really like the business. Keep it up Jimmy's!!!

I dropped off a car that needed minor body work and rust removed. I also requested that it be painted the same color. My car sat for 3 years. My original estimate was $1900.00. When I was called three years later I was given a bill for $3800.00. I was not happy. I have not driven the car and as of June I will have had it back for one year. The paint on the hood is bubbling up. So I guess the rust issue wasn’t addressed properly. There are several other things wrong also, which I won’t get into. I don’t recommend you go there for any reason whatsoever.Services: Painting

I don’t recommend Jimmy’s auto body to no body Wayne left them the owners knows nothing they treat customers really bad they tell you one thing and do another insurance pays them to put the parts on a car and they don’t do it. The owners words are no good don’t believe him, Wayne is at colisión one if you want good work go to Colisión one . I rate Jimmys auto body and glass as a 0.

I had to get an estimate for repair after a delivery truck backed into my vehicle. I went to Jimmy's Auto Body & Glass and Wayne took care of the estimates and also did the repairs. Wayne and his crew took great care of my vehicle, the repairs were outstanding and the service was like family. They kept me informed at every step. Very friendly crew! If you are in need of auto body repair, call Jimmy's Auto Body & Glass and ask for Wayne. They did a really good job!
