Staff person was friendly and attentive. This small convenient store has many of the essentials without the longer trip to town. Condiments, flour, sugar, mayo, beer, wine, convenient packaged foods etc. We were staying at a nearby airbnb , Erica's Place , and this store was very close by.

Very bad service. Owner/ may be under extreme stress worried he may need to talk to a therapist many people in the community has said that they have stopped coming to Erica mall. store. Had one of there distributor tell us that they dont deliver to erica mall do to owners mental state.. store having a hard time keeping stock. No ice . Lack of thing on shelves. The man that said he was the owner was very dirty and unclean /unshaven but stressed everyone ware a mask /looked like he just got out of bed . My family and neighbors will not be supportive of erica mall any longer i hope that the next owner if thats what it takes to save this business can put thing back together. Please guys the world will be here tomorrow stop making people uncomfortable when they come in to your store. I assure you what is said about the owner when he isn't in the store is not things that i want said about me by my employees .. sorry for such a scathing message but im sure im not the first .
