Very disappointed. Made a “tech” visit for a shot. The vet called back and asked if I wanted to give my cat a rabies shot at the same time since I was going there anyway. I agreed and when I went to the appointment and checked out, I was charged an annual exam of $62.00. Wtf, I didn’t even get an exam with that “exam fee”. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this cheating practice. They won’t even let you buy prescriptions online because they will not approve them. Avoid this place.
Let me clear up the misinformation. Your facility charges a prescription fee of $5.00 if someone wants to mail in a prescription to an online pharmacy. Also, it is a lie that I was informed of the so called “annual exam” over the phone or at anytime up until I received the bill. So go ahead and keep trying to cover your butts.

Friendly and welcoming staff for both humans and their pets. I felt like the Vet gave good advice and was supportive to me in caring for Midnight, a stray cat who adopted me.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to this Vet for being so kind and compassionate. My sweet 16yo kitty had some kind of an episode yesterday. I tried to keep her going, but I felt lost, So I jumped in my car with her. This was the closest place to my home after moving nearby a couple years ago. She sadly passed away. I am not a client here, but they were so sweet to jump into action. I was a mess. They put her in a box for me to bury her at home. I can't thank them enough for being so kind to me and my kitty. I plan to move my other kitties to this location.

First time visitor as we had previously used another Vet in the Short Pump area. Got an appointment pretty quicky. Staff was great and very thorough but got us in and out fairly quickly. We had a great experience and happy to support local businesses. Will be going back again with our other dog.

Dr. Scott and his staff are wonderful. After rescuing a 3 week old kitten recently they have been so helpful with advice and were able to fit us in for a wellness check the next day! We were so grateful to find them and will definitely make the ride out for our other pets from now on.
