Not satisfied due to employees rude and extremely high recovery rate for a 15 mile tow after my accident

I would rate this a minus 5 if possible. Horrible service, over charged, no communication, no record or receipt showing what was done to my vehicle. Again, as someone else stated below the police had to be involved as well for my situation. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the grief and trouble!!!
