Glenn was great! Even though the washer was not worth saving, he took the time to educate me on the various options the pros and cons and gave me a great contact to get what is best for us. Highly recommend. I am clipping his business card to my fridge, he will be the first to call if I need help.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Glenn and Appliance Tech!!!!! I woke up to find my refrigerator leaking water on the floor and by 10:00 the same morning Glenn had come to my home, diagnosed and fixed the problem....Wow!!! Talk about exceptional customer service! Of course this happened on a Friday and I was worried I wouldn't find anyone to help me until Monday. Thank you Glenn for your expertise and speedy assistance! Great service by a true professional!
