My first time going here to deposit a cashiers check with my maiden name and I don’t have the name of the blonde girl back teller there but she was awful. She took my check asked if it was my maiden name I said yes and she proceeded to make it seem like everything was fine until she tells me after like 2 minutes that she can’t deposit it until I show her a document of my name changed. I asked her if I can give Her a copy of the documents via picture she said no. Even though another navy federal bank manager at another bank processed a check with my maiden last name prior as I told them my account was previously with name that showed on the check and I had already submitted legal name change documents prior to the bank to change it officially. At this one she made no attempt to help me instead said there is nothing she can do. I drove there 30 min before closing due to another appointment and very non existent compassion for me rushing to get there and deposit a check with my special needs son who was waiting patiently in line for us to be told that there’s nothing that be done. Alternatively I was able to just do it online and the app processed my check with no issues. Thanks a lot for trying to do it person opposed to online. Next time online is the way to go only issue with that is the wait time of 1 business day and it was the weekend so here I am waiting. Please teach staff policies procedures more appropriately. Upon seeing another review here it seems like people or new hires are not taught correctly. Do better.

Awesome bank. Awesome experience. First time visiting a branch in a while and I had like 5 things I needed to do. Diego took care of me, very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. I wanted to give this guy a tip! But I imagine it wasn’t an appropriate setting to do so…

I needed help with getting some business(things)done that was beyond my abilities online!The young possibly Latin gentleman was very helpful today & helped me save a dollar or two!!Plus I wasn't forced to spray my hands with sanitizer(for entry)like Liberia & Centreville
