We made an appointment online for a kid's haircut and first available person. We get there and for some reason it said we were scheduled with someone. The person checking us in starts to work on my oldest and the person we were allegedly scheduled with comes in (5 mins past the appointment) and gets upset that her customers are with another stylist. The worker at the counter says that we should apologize to our "scheduled" stylist. This is a typical experience at this establishment. It is always a dumpster fire. There is limited seating and you're always in the hot sun by the front, the check in system never seems to work, and the staff is rarely polite. We will be going elsewhere.

Get my haircut here often first or quite some time. I mostly just take the first available stylist, so i have seen most of them. , they usually do a pretty good job (had one bad cut, that stylist is no longer there).. Not too happy the recent creeping prices, but that's pretty much everywhere.

I was overcharged. I got a simple wash and blow dry. No flat iron or curling ,no treatment, and no massage. The bare bones and very basic. I was charged $40. The website said $32 for the stylist I had. Seems pricey. Took exactly 40 minutes which is what the website predicted for a classic blowout.

Probably one of the worst cuts/experiences i’ve received. I selected the shampoo, cut and blow dry online and chose a stylist that seemed to have decent reviews online! Well when I got there, this stylist wasn’t very friendly at all. The only thing she kept mentioning was how bad my split ends were. I told her twice yes, I’m a stay at home mom , it’s been a while! This is why I’m here. :) She seemed irritated by the split ends. LOL anyway, she did not want to blow dry my hair either. After I said yes please, I selected a blow dry too, she then asked me if I wanted all of it dried? …… Odd question. No products were used on my hair. It just felt like the very bare minimum. I asked for just a few “face framing” layers and what I received is very uneven. The pieces by my face are very choppy and just don’t lay right. I have to keep them clipped back for now until my hair grows out.:( Just feel like I wasted my money.

I've been getting my hair cut (and eyebrows done) with Carmen at Hair Cuttery for a while. I followed her there. The shop is always clean, and I rarely have to wait!

don’t go there ever and if u do do not go to the black lady with long hair and long lashes she was extremely rude so negative only took 5 mins on my son’s haircut when i tried showing her an example of her hair she yelled saying “don’t touch me” she was rude and when i told her she’s rude she said “thank u so are you” which i’ve never been rude to her by the time i got out of the worst hair salon ever she kept on whispering and cussing at me with other workers
