The hotel basic and clean and nice. Rooms are large renovated new and spacious with a king size bed very comfortable. The bathroom clean with good water pressure and a water leak and a cockroach was reported. The ice machine wasn’t working and the air dryer not working. Breakfast room in the back delicious breakfast. The staff are great good well understanding and good customer service. Pet friendly is confirmed. Location is great for visiting Prince William Forest Park and walkability is great. For $50 a night plus tax the stay is cheaper and the quality 10x the red roof place down the street. Safety is granted.

Location is right off the highway and plenty of places to eat and visit nearby. Room was very clean.

Ok hotel very clean unless you have one that walked past you on your entire stay. It ok the manager should be calling to reschedule days and give back 700 to my cash app card!!! Thanks for the make up
