Many of my packages are marked as held at customer’s request or attempted to deliver, even the smallest of packages, which is always untrue. I’m having to leave work early to rush to the post office before they close at 5:00pm or leave work in the middle of the day and rush back to work. This is very inconvenient to me because leaving work and going to the post office and then back to work again is like making several trips back and forth between work and home for me since I live less than a mile from the post office. I honestly cannot stand to see when USPS is the carrier of my packages because I know that they will more than likely not be delivered. I’ve spoken to the post office about it and nothing is ever done to resolve the ongoing, inconvenient issues. I have even taped a note inside of my mailbox to deliver my packages. Once again, today’s package was marked as held for pickup at 11:22am and it’s only after 8:00am, so that is false as always. Now, I have to make it to the post office before they close at 11:00am because I NEED access to my package TODAY as expected. Unacceptable service.

Refuses to deliver packages to my door. I've submitted a rural delivery request form. My mailbox is .1 miles from my door and USPS requires drivers to attempt delivery at the door if it's less than .5 miles. The postal worker even had the audacity to tell me to get a bigger mail box so they could deliver the packages. How about you do your job and take it to my door like you were hired to do. Also the driver uses a 20 year old s10 pickup truck and will not even bring packages if there's inclement weather. Get a delivery van or something. This is ridiculous! Never have I had issues with the postal service like I have with this one. I cannot get to the post office to pick up packages because they're only open when I'm at work! Fix it!

Packages are regularly held at the office and marked as, “held at customer’s request”. This is them choosing not to deliver because it is too large to fit in the mailbox. I have never requested them to be held.
Then they actually delivered a package the other day, drove all the way up my driveway and left it at the edge of my driveway/sidewalk. It was raining all day, my package was soaked. Fun fact, my covered porch was 15 feet away.

Packages routinely not delivered, with a “customer request to pickup” Not true, and falsifying an official document.

The staff was RUDE! Every time I go into this location I am treated with no respect. I once made the mistake of asking them to help me find the cheapest way to send my package, since I am not aware of the prices and different ways of shipping (it's not posted), BAD IDEA!!! The lady behind the counter refused to help because she said that the post office would lose money if she did that for everyone. I thought by being a cashier you were supposed to have excellent or even decent customer service?!?! I had one other experience with this office that was sub par. I went in after work one day, it was 10 minutes before closing time, and I was not greeted with a hello rather a can you get all your stuff done in 2 minutes. What on earth!?!?!?! Also, the lady was wearing a worn out screen printed tee shirt, so worn to the point of being transparent. Is there no dress code for working as a clerk at the post office?!?! Until this post office gets new management or rehires I will be driving the 70 miles to Stuarts Draft where I am treated with the best postal customer service.
