My experience with Webster Marine was nothing short of a disaster. It all started with a service and warranty appointment where the gas tank had to be removed to replace a defective ballast tank. Mysteriously somewhere between the diagnostic and the repair I lost 24 gal of gas. I called the owner to report the theft and I received only a denial that it couldn’t have happened on his watch. So I guess someone broke into a gated community, a locked garage and syphoned out 24 gallons of gas from an inboard surf boat without a trace. (Which the Service mgr at Webster’s said that would be extremely hard to do.) Okay, so it can’t be proven so I decided to move on. Well it gets worse. Mid season I decided to check my oil. When I pulled the dipstick I found that my 6 figure boat with 150 hours on it had 2 quarts of too much oil in it. Once again I called Webster’s to report the error and here is where it all goes south. I was first told (by the service mgr) that this was something he had seen before where gas was getting into the oil when you surf a lot. Trying not to laugh I pushed back a bit and the reason was changed to being my fault for not replacing the spark plugs at 100 hours. He suggested that I remove the excess oil and be prepared to experience the problem again. I explained to him that I know mistakes are made and that I wasn’t looking for anything other than an apology and the commitment that they would stand with me in the case that I have problems in the future that could be caused by running excessive oil. I received no such response and everything remained my fault. My advice to anyone considering using this place for service is to save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Customer service is not a priority.

Mr. Mike Oxlonn was extremely helpful with his knowledge of prop shafts. He was able to replace the shaft on my SkiNatique easily and quickly and didn’t make a mess with lubricants on the underside of the boat! A clean shaft job and installed with ease. Love Webster Marine!

Tried to get my 2000 GTX Seadoo carburetor checked out and possibly fixed. They told me they don't work on old skiis.

This is the worst boat dealership and boat repair place I have ever dealt with.

For those North of Bridgewater this is the place to get gas. Indian Point doesn't seem to be open as of 05/17/2023. Pump worked great. Easy in easy out. Thanks!

We needed a few parts to repair a boat, hoping to get it back on the water this weekend. Webster Marine came recommended, so I made the trip. They had almost everything we needed in the shop, and provided some spot-on advice on a workaround for a part that wasn’t in stock. All around a great experience— we’ll be back as we need additional help. It’s Friday afternoon now, and the boat is on the water. Bring on the weekend fun!

Everyone i have spoken with there are always first class. I bought a new seadoo from joe he was excellent. I had 2 seadoos serviced and paid over $2000 in repairs. Be aware they are going to charge storage fees. I paid $465 today.

Very disappointed in my experience with Webster Marine Center. I purchased a starter solenoid from them and after installing it found that it had a manufacturer defect. Took the part back to see if I could exchange it for another and they refused to do so. The part was over priced to begin with and then to treat your customer like this is very sad to see.If you have policies in place that hurt your customer, change your policies.

We purchased our boat from Webster Marine. The sales staff was great. Since we bought the boat before our dock was completed, the staff at Webster allowed us to rent a boat slip, at a reasonable price, for as long as we needed. Our experience with the service department has been excellent too; they have been very helpful. Webster still feels like a family-run business which is becoming a rarity. We highly recommend using Webster Marine Center for all of your boating needs.

We just purchased a Bennington Tritoon from Webster Marine Center. They certainly made the experience a very pleasant one. Mark was wonderful to work with. The entire staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Jacob, the young man that was in charge of showing us all the bells and whistles at delivery was so very nice and helpful. His experience and expertise shined while going over the boat. We actually traded our Hurricane boat in at Websters on our new Tritoon and we feel we were give an extremely fair offer for our existing boat. My husband and I would highly recommend doing business with Webster Marine!!!

Drove almost two hours to look at a Nautique Super Air I found online with the intentions of buying it. The older gentleman running the place wouldn’t even allow me to look at the boat as I stood right beside it because they were “about to close.” I’ll be taking my business elsewhere after his experience.
