The WORST. What a JOKE. Mail carriers DO NOT deliver mail in 2024. Our house was built on Scruggs Rd in the 80’s and we get messages like:
“Package returning to seller because recipient is an unknown person or has unknown address.
Moneta”

Constantly receiving other peoples mail, problems several times with outgoing mail and the topper, put in a hold mail to start del back on 6/26 and just recd my mail today 7/1!! I tried calling the Moneta PO but it is impossible to get them or get a choice to complain about service! Its been terrible for a while now, should we just accept that bad service is ok or is the PO going to do something to improve?? Frustrated.....

Trying to contact the Moneta Post Office is impossible. Attempting to contact a "human" is impossible utilizing the 800 number. Absolutely ridiculous! USPS left a note in my mailbox regarding a package that needed to be signed for. I was not here and no second day delivery was made nor could I contact anybody!!!

Today marks the third package that has been left at the street on the ground beside the mailbox. The front door is 25 steps away. This is unacceptable service. Plain lazy and irresponsible.

There recently about 4:18 p.m.. This office closes at 4:30 p.m. Had 2 pkgs to mail. This was the day Ms. Nance belowentioned the unruly patron. I got behind him & the worker yells out I can't help anyone after the gentleman because "I have to close my window at 4:30" She further stated she had a customer with multiple pkgs & there was about 8 in line. I left but then thought hey, I think they r supposed to wait on u until they close. That has been my experience elsewhere. I went back & got in line behind the man again. Another lady came in behind me. Again the olderish worker yelled to us that she can't serve anyone past the man. It was 4:24 & the door was still open & I left. She couldn't have closed the window at 4:30 w all the others in line.
I went 25mons away to another p.o. & mailed my pkgs the next day. I asked the Supervisor of that P.O. & he said that standard practice is to lock the door at closing, wait on those in line before closing!
I have heard the management in Moneta has gone DOWNHILL with a newgr & employees who have been there 12yrs or more have quit because of it. I see why....

Doesn’t deliver your package or doesn’t deliver it to the right house if they do have had multiple problems with this usps and they don’t answer their phone

My regular mail lady is the best!!! But on Sundays, I have a different lady. She pulls in my driveway, blaring her horn 5 to seven times. I have asked her to please not do that. We have a bench that all parcels can be set on. She said she has to. Then proceeded to honk her horn 10 more times while leaving my driveway. Just to be spiteful. These are the kind of people you have working for you?????

Service is awful!!The staff does not know what they’re doing they were mess up your mail services!!You will find that you’re getting late Mail, other peoples Mail,.aand don’t try to call because they never answer the phone.The post master is not doing their job!!Letting this post office site to do whatever they want.They are completely incompetentThey use to have good service.They need to get better staffing. And need to replace the postmaster.

Usually a wait. The day I was there an unruly customer was acting out & made it uncomfortable for the 8 of us n line. The lady at the window did an awesome job handling the situation. They were out of stamps the day I was there & I let them use the metered mail for my xmas cards. That's was kinda a bummer ?
