My experience at the Westlake UPS Store was absolutely wonderful. All the staff was friendly, courteous, professional, and went well above treating me and other customers with respect. I also observed how the entire staff interacted with each other, with ease, confidence, and efficiency. The whole experience was far and beyond what was needed or expected. Thanks.

This is probably the best UPS store I've dealt with. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The staff members Took time out of their day to explain what some emblems met on a box I was reusing and how could hold up my shipment. They not only explained it to me but they effortlessly fixed it so the box would pass. Kudos!

Great service. They are quick and know their stuff. They try to help out customers as much as possible. Make sure you read the Amazon directions! They have no control over if Amazon wants you to pack the item, or print a label, or whatever strange instructions Amazon has. I have found most trouble I run into is because Amazon is inconsistent, not the UPS store.

Ups store in MonetaPaid $255.00 for a package to be express shipped by the UPS store which they then paid the Post Office $32.00 for ground shipping . Buyer be wary!!!I had two very important packages that needed to be delivered to Wyoming as quickly as possible. Thinking that I would be getting the most efficient method I went to this store. They quoted me UPS shipping 2 day air at $600.00 or 3 days at $ 434.00 or 2-7 days by USPS for $255.00. I was given a tracking number and told it would be shipped that day . Arriving in Wyoming on 17th. It’s now the 17 and the packages are somewhere???? I checked with the USPS and the cost was $32.00 for ground shipping the slowest method and with very poor tracking. I paid 223.00 dollars for a package to sit in the UPS store for 3 days waiting for USPS to pick up and ship ground. I will not step foot in this store again

I have been using this location for the past 6(ish) months to ship just small things online to friends and family and the staff are always super friendly and accommodating!

Employee just walked away without explaining anything to me about an Amazon return. Mumbled profanity under her breath before I could leave counter because another customer was walking in.

Terrible experience with this location and the owner and employees. Don't go there if you need a Notary. I asked for one and the female employee said they don't have one on Monday's. I said this is Tuesday and she said oh well we dont have one on Tuesdays. The male employee (owner's son) said he would be picking up the notary in 30 minutes if I wanted to come back. I said I would. I returned and waited in line. When it was my turn the owner told me she wouldn't do it because she doesn't do it on Mondays or Tuesdays. I asked why they have a notary sign up then. She didn't answer. No where do they have posted only certain days for service. I don't recommend this store to anyone in Franklin County anymore. Its a shame because they used to always have services available. This owner is not there for the customers. Don't support them. Take your money elsewhere

We have been a customer to this location for 3+ years, both personal & business. The staff has always been extremely friendly and accommodating. They even help us carry packages out to our car, which is very much appreciated when my wife goes alone to pick up.What a wonderful family who is contributing to our community. Thank you all.PS: One of the best bathrooms at Westlake ??
