Where to even start. The lease was still active for a month. They had strangers walking through the home when I was out of town for a week, they left the lights on and multiple rooms and closets along with the bathroom fan for four days straight. They had an issue with my security cameras, even though my lease was still active and the security cameras had been there for all three years we leased the property (messaging “that is highly discouraged”). The photographer they had take pictures of the home, walked in on someone using the restroom (did not even knock) then proceeded to make a cringe joke about it. This person also posted pictures of my children (Pictures were on the Google display and hanging up on the refrigerator as well as on a board upstairs) and my personal items on the Realtor website without permission. So now everyone looking at this website had access to my kids graduation information and what my kids looked like, where they live, pics of our personal belongings. We had the carpets professionally cleaned (part of the check off list to complete before turning keys in), they allowed multiple families to walk all over it. Worst of all, they contacted me while I was out of state telling me, not asking, that they were going to have multiple families walking through the home while I was gone. I had no way to take pictures of my children down, no way to put up personal items. So disrespectful and likely illegal behavior. I’ve never experienced this kind of personal intrusion in the past when dealing with realtors.

He is not afraid to push back when another realtor, representing another buyer or seller, is not communicating or is doing things that may be out of line. His energy level is amazing.
